Consumer Complaint: ERC is claiming I have debt with XXXX. I haven't had XXXX in years and it was never on my credit report before. I have never received a XXXX bill at this current address either. The letter is dated XX/XX/2021 in the amount of {$220.00}. They say they will settle the debt for {$110.00}. Website XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Florida. Pay with cash at XXXX or XXXX XXXX. I had also put a freeze on my accounts because I have had an issue with someone opening accounts in my name. This account should never have even been opened if this was an actual account. I should have been notified immediately someone attempted to open up an account in my name but I never received an alert.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX ERC is claiming I still owe them debt even after I had returned my phones. They told me over 5 years ago that If I returned my phones and paid my bill for that month I would no longer owe. Turns out they claimed they never received the phones back and I still owed them XXXX dollars. Also they kept harassing me after I told them to stop calling me. I should not be responsible for this debt because not only has the statue of limitations passed but they tried to reopen the debt without my knowledge. It should not be showing up in my collections either.
