Consumer Complaint: Enhanced Recovery Company ( ERC ) is reporting an account with XXXX on my credit reports. I sent a letter ( see attached document ) to ERC requesting that they validate the debt. I asked for specific documents including the agreement between them and the original creditor, the original contract with my signature on it, a complete payment history for the account, proof that their company is registered to collect in my state and other information to validate this debt. ERC failed to supply this information. Yet, they continue to report this account on my credit reports in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from ERC/Enhanced Rseource Centers ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, FL XXXX ) stating that I owe {$160.00} to an account with XXXX. This account was closed in 2006 and was paid in full. I have NEVER received any communication stating otherwise and it has not shown up in my credit report. I contacted the company and they insistent that I pay the amount and offered different payment methods but I adamantly told them that this account was closed 15 years ago and was paid in full and that I didn't intend to be harassed into paying anything I didn't owe and to only be told about it 15 years later. They insisted that I pay the amount and that it hadn't been reported as of yet to the credit agencies. I notified them that I would be contacting the credit agencies and file a formal complaint against them for this miscarriage of debt collection.

Consumer Complaint: The Company named ERC Enhanced Recovery Company also known as Enhanced Resource Centers sent me a bill of {$220.00} for an account they claimed I owed to XXXX in 2011! They record the call and force you to agree with them about the addresses they have on file in order for them to continue with the call, but then turn around as use your recorded voice as if fraudulently you agree that you owe the debt. I AM NOT DELINQUENT WITH ANYONE. You can not speculate or falsely claim I owe a debt as well and falsely report this debt as current from more than 10 years ago.

Consumer Complaint: Today XX/XX/XXXX I opened a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX in the mail addressed to myself stating that I had a balance with XXXX Amount due {$670.00}. It was from ERC stating trying to collect a settlement from XXXX. I called the phone number listed # XXXX, at XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. A woman named XXXX answered and I told her I never had an account with XXXX in my life. I told her no. She went on to tell me I must pay {$200.00} and something dollars XX/XX/XXXXShe said maybe it was fraud-I asked how. I have alerts for fraud on my XXXX XXXX account. She asked if it was from XXXX. I said if I had something in XXXX I would have been contacted prior to this-it 's XXXX. She started to tell me they would take action-I told her the state of Pa has a Statue of Limitations and hung up on her.

AS of today, the information is on my credit report and it should not be on my credit report.
