Consumer Complaint: I'm getting 100 % frustrated with Equifax and their lack of response to my request for info on my report that is not accurate. I have not received a response to my 2 previous request for them to update my personal information and update late payment recordings from XXXX XXXX. I have file formal complaints now against both companies for violating my consumer rights. This account was never late and Equifax did not contact me to validate that info was true before reporting it as such on my consumer report. This info has damaged my credit profile and prevented me from obtaining credit. The worst part is it is false! If I can't get this rectified I will explore legal options and pursue Equifax because I've had enough.
