I have disputed with all XXXX bureaus a couple of times and supplied the proof of payment. It has not been removed from my credit report. When I call XXXX I am transferred to a very rude man ( I forgot his name ) that provides no information and doesn't seem knowledgeable. The original creditor has told me a few times that it should be removed.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX a victim of XXXX XXXX and have made this clear to this company. I sent the first letter to them on XX/XX/2023, letting them know XXXX XXXX a victim of XXXX XXXX and that 2 accounts were opened in my name. I went on to ask them to validate the accounts and remove them if they couldn't. I sent the second letter to them on XX/XX/2023, letting them know that I know they have 30 days to verify the disputed accounts and that I haven't heard from them yet. I sent the third letter to them on XX/XX/2023, letting them know that I still have not heard from them and that further action would be taken if they do not uphold the law in this matter. I told them that I fully intend to pursue litigation in accordance with the FCRA. I am sending the fourth letter on XX/XX/2023, notifying them of my final written offer of settlement before litigation as my attempt to resolve their continued violation of the FCRA regarding their refusal to delete unverified information from my consumer profile. I will inform them that I intend to seek relief and monetary damages under FCRA section 616 and section 617, being that it has now been over 30 days with no verification results from them. I have also filed an XXXX XXXX XXXX with the Federal Trade Commission regarding this matter. At this point, I can not confirm if they have done a single thing to protect me and my credit.
