Consumer Complaint: see attachment for full dispute RE : Federally Protected Consumer Complaint Count 1 : Negligent Noncompliance with FCRA 611 Procedure in Case of Disputed Accuracy [ 15 U.S.C. 1681i ] 1. On XX/XX/2023, I received a credit report from Equifax ( Exhibit XXXX ). 2. The credit report included the results of an investigation into disputed information. 3. The investigation results indicated that XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX were currently not reporting on the Equifax credit file ( Exhibit XXXX ). 4. Furthermore, the investigation results stated that the XXXX account had been deleted from the credit file ( Exhibit XXXX ). 5. It is pertinent to note that the XXXX account is furnished by THE XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 6. Despite the conclusion of the investigation, these XXXX accounts have persistently remained on my credit file. 7. Equifax is legally obligated under 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) to promptly delete this information from my consumer file following the reinvestigation of these accounts ( Exhibit XXXX, Exhibit XXXX ). 8. Equifax 's failure to promptly delete these items constitutes a breach of its duty, resulting in significant harm to my credit report and credit score. 9. Equifax is further liable for willful noncompliance with these regulations concerning each account.

Consumer Complaint: Hey my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX I have recently discovered unauthorized fraudulent OPEN AND CLOSED ACCOUNTS and INQUIRIES on my Equifax, XXXX 's And XXXX credit report To whom it may concern : I am officially asking you to review your data on file for me! Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) section 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681 I ), I challenge all inaccuracies and deficiencies of reporting. Per the FCRA compliance standards, my profile shall be accurate and complete. Your verification of the information shall be timely, and you should be able to document and provide proof of your verification process of all the information within my credit report. The information in my credit report and below was never proven factual or compliantly reported. I have consumer rights, and I am deciding to exercise those rights to demand that factually accurate, verified, and compliant data be documented and included on my credit report. I also require the permanent removal of any inaccuracies immediately! I also demand that you investigate the source of each account and ensure that each creditor has a permissible purpose for all inquiries within my credit profile.
