On XX/XX/2023, I received a credit report from Equifax ( Exhibit XXXX ). 2. The credit report included the results of an investigation into disputed information. 3. The investigation results indicated that XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX were currently not reporting on the Equifax credit file ( Exhibit XXXX ). 4. Furthermore, the investigation results stated that the XXXX account had been deleted from the credit file ( Exhibit XXXX ). 5. It is pertinent to note that the XXXX account is furnished by THE XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 6. Despite the conclusion of the investigation, these XXXX accounts have persistently remained on my credit file. 7. Equifax is legally obligated under 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) to promptly delete this information from my consumer file following the reinvestigation of these accounts ( Exhibit XXXX, Exhibit XXXX ). 8. Equifax 's failure to promptly delete these items constitutes a breach of its duty, resulting in significant harm to my credit report and credit score. 9. Equifax is further liable for willful noncompliance with these regulations concerning each account.
