Consumer Complaint: I had auto insurance using this XXXX XXXX with no plm until my travel trailer was stolen. I then reported the theft. I got the paid out check from them for the loss. However, they charged me for auto and travel trailer of under {$300.00}, but they then realized they made a mistake assuming I still have the travel trailer. I did not have it aince XXXX, XXXX. They charged me miatakenly after I called them on why they charged me too high. They fixed it. And I allowed them to take my money using the auto pay system. However, they were going to charge me more than normal. I called last week why they are high. They said it is due to accident in XXXX, XXXX. But that was already counted on the previous policy. Inatead of keeping it same as before, they would charge me for under {$350.00} or more. The truck is only XXXX. The XXXX XXXX ripped me off big time. Plus they used my credit score or report without my permission. I wanted to purchase a life insurance and they rejected my application to get a life insurance. See their letter. Again, they are being cruel to me. The credit score changed for some reason. Also, the amounts of money they took from my bank were irregular. They did not take the same amount per month. They are not balancing right with my bank account and insurance policy. Very fishy. Equifax did have repeatedly used very, very, very old information on my credit record. They are probably racists setting me up to fail and keep me stuck in the level and would NOT let me cross XXXX. I see their credit repoets do not have XXXX apartments information that I had/have lived. No credit record was charged at all before and after living in apts and using utlities. No changes.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023- XXXX is harassing me and using abusive and profane language when contacting my phone. I told them to put me on the do not call list and they asked for my social security number. When I told them I won't be giving that they told me they couldn't help me. I am sure this is a violation of the FDCPA. To date, XXXX has NEVER validated the debt nor have they provided the requested information. The account in question was fraudulently opened and they are committing aggravated identity theft until they are able to prove otherwise. This company and the representatives of the company are predatory extortionists and I will pursue legal action within 15 day of receipt of this notice if the information requested is not provided.

Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX XXXX, am verifying that I, XXXX XXXX XXXX, am mailing out this information. In doing so, this plus my SSN and I.D is enough proof of validation. I have noticed inaccuracies on my consumer report. It is extremely urgent that you remove any addresses that are not the one listed below. According to 15 USC 1681e Compliance and Procedures section ( b ) Accuracy of report : Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. I have already sent mail out and it has been over 30 DAYS before I received a response which now means the credit reporting agency is now in VIOLATION of my consumer financial rights! Second, the F.C.R.A states, Section 607. Compliance and Procedures [ 15 U.S.C 1681e ] ( b ) Accuracy of report, the CRA must provide me with a copy of my consumer report at 100 % accuracy at all times! These addresses and old personal information do not belong to me and are inaccurate therefore violating my consumer rights. Lastly, F.C.R.A says, Section 609. Disclosures to consumers [ 15 U.S.C. 1681g ] Every consumer reporting agency shall, upon request, and subject to 610 ( a ) ( 1 ) [ 1681h ], clearly and accurately disclose to the consumer. These errors must be fixed at once. Once done send me report of everything removed
