Consumer Complaint: As a federally protected consumer I am now opting out of any and all authorization, I the consumer did not give Equifax, XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX, nor XXXX XXXX XXXX my written unwritten verbal and nonverbal consent to furnish my information per 12 CFR 1016.7 ( h ) 15 U.S. Code 6802 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( B ) 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( b ). 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( e ) states '' Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX are not maintaining reasonable procedures. I want all charge offs deleted for being certificates of indebtedness and late payments removed for being transactions per the Privacy Act of 1974 5 U.S. Code 552 ( a ). I also want all hard inquiries removed, all phone numbers deleted besides ( XXXX ) XXXX due to inaccuracies, have all addresses removed for being a non-mailable address besides XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX VA XXXX, and student loans removed per 34 CFR 99.31 and The Famiy Educational Rights and Privacy Act 20 U.S. Code 1232 ( g ) because my written consent was not given in order for you to release my information. I expect compliance per 15 U.S. Code 6805 - Enforcement

Consumer Complaint: XXXX, XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, nd, XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX I am writing to formally dispute any and all transaction on my account that XXXX XXXX has reported with Equifax, XXXX and XXXX, whom are all non affiliates with XXXX XXXX, in the terms and conditions provided by XXXX XXXX they stated they would not disclose my nonpublic personal information to non affiliate 's. There is multiple violations of my rights as a consumer. It is against the law to report transaction history, I never gave written authorization to report to the three credit reporting agencies, or to any other non affiliate. The account is in charge off status, a charge off is also known as a certificate of indebtedness and according to the I.R.S. Code a certificate of indebtedness is income and income must be removed from the report. 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( 2 ) in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to who it relates. 15 U.S. Code 6801 6805 Obligations with respect to disclosures of personal information- Authority comes from 16 CFR 313.1 - Purpose and scope. ( a ) Privacy obligation policy It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers ' nonpublic personal information. nonpublic personal information Nonpublic personal information ( A ) The term nonpublic personal information means personally identifiable financial information ( i ) provided by a consumer to a financial institution ; ( ii ) resulting from any transaction with the consumer or any service performed for the consumer.
