Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. I told XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax to reinvestigate the account ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX However, they stated everything was complete and accurate. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ), they are supposed to modify accounts that aren't reporting correctly. Having received a copy of my updated credit report and seeing that it is still inaccurate and not of my knowledge, by law, this has to be removed my account.

Consumer Complaint: I recently reviewed my credit report because I'm trying to buy a home and noticed inaccuracies and/or incomplete information and accounts that are Unverified. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA- you are required to promptly DELETE all information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or which can not be verified. 15 USC 1681 Section 604, states the right to consumers ' privacy. Reporting agencies can not furnish an account WITHOUT my WRITTEN consent! It is also my understanding that Under the FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681i, every single one even any or all the unproven, non-compliant, incomplete, untrue, incorrect, and or unverified aspects of any alleged derogatory accounts must be promptly negated in their entirety, or the alleged accounts are to be completely deleted. Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX, I reached out to the XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding lowering my monthly payment. I spoke to a supervisor who informed me that my payment would change from {$1000.00} to {$900.00} and I will be notified in writing of the changes. I have yet to receive any new paperwork reflecting the change. The company also assured me that my late payments from ( XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX ) would be removed as well. My credit report has not been updated from XXXX XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX. This oversight has hindered my homebuying process and I would like it updated and corrected immediately.
