Consumer Complaint: I'm asking for a Complete Investigation of the Address Location & Name of the Inquiry because this address is inaccurate & incomplete and the business is CLOSED. I Dispute these inquiries. XX/XX/2023 an Inquiry was made. The Inquiry shows as follows : XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX This is a FRAUDULENT address & this location is CLOSED. The Thief has reported this address incomplete as this is not the full name of the address location. The thief also reports a phone number that's not a telephone that belongs to the address reported. I am an Identity Theft Victim. Equifax received both Police Identity Theft Report and a FTC Identity Theft Report in XXXX to alert my personal information was being used against me & to block the scammer from gaining access to my credit file. These names were included in both reports. XX/XX/2023 an Inquiry was put on my Equifax credit file. The Inquiry shows as follows : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX Phone : XXXX ( No Contact ) I do not acknowledge this Inquiry and it doesn't belong to me. This is also a Fraudulent Inquiry. I have never applied for credit with XXXX XXXX at any time. This is Fraud. Both Inquiries are connected in my credit file as " ONE '' Inquiry. Both Inquiries are connected & each other & both are reporting using different forms of missing information which is inaccurate. Both reportings are false because each inquiry contains FALSE & INACCURATE info so BOTH Inquiries should be removed. These are not mistakes or coincidences. This is fraud done with intent to harm my credit. I had Credit Monitoring in place.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX SC XXXX Subject : XXXX XXXX XXXX Equifax XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Dear Sir/Madam , I am writing to dispute about the inaccurate credit scores, inaccurate reporting of credit history, and allowing creditors and collections agency to make changes on my credit report. The above credit agencies are allowing creditors/collection agency to make any changes they want to my credit report, I have been trying repair my credit since XX/XX/XXXX with no success. As I was trying to repair my credit through the pandemic updates that I provided to the credit agencies, somehow the collection/credit agencies were able to update the information in the system without me calling them or making a payment arrangement with them, and the credit agency would bring collections accounts up date with information I provided. And this is violation of my privacy, and providing inaccurate information on my credit report. They also are allowing old debts that are paid off to reappear and subtract points form my credit score and the item is from XXXX that is paid off. They also report in accurate credit score and telling you that anything over XXXX is fair credit and from what I see anything over XXXX is considered good. The last four number of account XXXX, and XXXX. Again I have been trying to repair my credit for the last several years because I am in need of a new roof for my house and I knew that I was going to need my credit to obtain funds to repair my roof. However, with no success in several attempts I would like for my credit score to be back in the high XXXX along with the current positive points for the month as it was before, and DELETED all collections, and old accounts to be from my credit report. This letter is a formal dispute and request for investigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 USC 1681 et seq, I The FCRA mandates credit reporting agencies to maintain accurate information in consumer reports. The following provisions support my dispute : 1. 15 USC 1681e ( b ) - Accuracy of Information : This requires credit reporting agencies to ensure maximum accuracy in consumer reports. The inaccurate names and addresses negatively impact the accuracy of my credit report. 2. 15 USC 16811 - Duty to investigate : This provision obligates credit reporting agencies to conduct a reasonable investigation when a consumer disputes the accuracy of their credit report. I request a thorough investigation into these inaccuracies. 15 USC 1681c - Disclosure of Consumer Reports : This stipulates that consumer reports should only include relevant and creditworthiness-related information. The inaccurate names and addresses do not contribute to an accurate representation of my creditworthiness and should be removed. I kindly request that you investigate the accuracy of the, inaccurate reporting of credit history, and allowing creditors and collections agency to make changes on my credit report. Please send free copy of my updated credit report. Failure to address this dispute may result in legal action as permitted by the FCRA. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely. Consumer Complaint: I have contacted Equifax and several creditors that obtained my credit report without authorization, and demanded to see any legit authorization from me. No one has provided any proof, not the creditors, not the credit reporting agency. Equifax, XXXX and XXXX should request to see proof that proper authorization was obtained to request credit reports. They admit that no documentation is required to obtain credit reports. This practice is fraudulent, illegal. This constitutes a violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act 604 as well as a violation of my rights to privacy.

Consumer Complaint: Called company daily beginning XX/XX/2023 through XX/XX/2023 and formally requested, in accordance with the Texas Freedom of Information Act, that copies of all information and data regarding my vehicle loan be sent to my current address. This was to include their reason for their decision to restrict my online access since XX/XX/2023. They have refused to do so. Also request copies verifying all payments made, interest paid, principal owed, and the documentation verifying the current status of the account. Subsequent request were made again in XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX refuses to comply with my request. The last request for this documentation was made in mid XXXX. The current account status on my XXXX Credit report shows the account is CLOSED and that it has been CHARGED OFF and WRITTEN OFF. It also shows the payment status as Late for XXXX among other months. However when I call to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX they state the account is CURRENT and OPEN. I have ask them to CORRECT the errors on my credit report and filed several disputes with each of Credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX ) however my disputes are denied saying the investigation finds the information valid and accurate ( paraphrasing ). 1. Please allow me online access again since it has been 180 days since my request was made and it still remains ignored. 2. correct the credit report ( all 3 ) to reflect as OPEN and as current and due to the fact the payment history is filed with inaccuracies and due to the fact XXXX XXXX refuses to provide me with updates regarding my balance, confirmation of payments, etc I ask that the Credit report shall reflect no late payments or delinquencies. I request this due to the illegal, and egregious and retaliatory manner in which XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has administered my loan.
