The accounts in question are listed below. Please send me copies of the documents that you have in your files as of this date that you used to verify the accuracy of the accounts listed below. I have also included a copy of my credit report from Equifax Information Services, LLC showing the inaccuracy and demand it be removed immediately. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the accounts that you are reporting in my credit report. Please dont respond to my request by saying that these accounts have been validated. Send me copies of the documents that you have in your files that were used to verify them. If you do not have any documentation in your files to verify the accuracy of these disputed accounts then please delete them immediately as required under Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ). By publishing these inaccurate and invalidated items on my credit report and distributing them to 3rd parties you are damaging my reputation and credit worthiness. Please validate this information and provide me with copies of any documentation associated with this account, bearing my wet signature, in the absence of any such documentation bearing my wet signature. I formally request that this information be immediately DELETED AND BLOCKED from the credit file you maintain under my Social Security number. As I am reviewing my credit file listed under " Installments Accounts '' Equifax is reporting XXXX negative closed accounts. The First account is XXXX XXXX which has been reporting for more than the legally required XXXX years on Equifax credit file since XXXX of XXXX, Again, listed on my credit file under " Installment Accounts '' Equifax is reporting XXXX duplicate closed loan accounts with no account numbers from XXXX XXXX and all are negative and closed also the date openings listed are a month apart for XXXX XXXX. What loan company will let a consumer default on XXXX loans? Finally again, listed on my credit file under " Installment Accounts '' Equifax is reporting XXXX duplicate closed loan accounts from XXXX XXXX and all are negative and closed also the date opening listed is a month apart for World Finance. What loan company will let a borrower default on XXXX loans? After a borrower defaults on the first loan, no finance company in the U.S. will allow you to take out a second loan account.
