I am writing to express my persistent dissatisfaction and concern regarding the unresolved issues related to multiple attempts to remove both late closed and charge-off entries from my credit file. Despite my continuous efforts, these entries remain, adversely impacting my creditworthiness and financial standing. I have diligently pursued the correction of these entries through multiple attempts, as outlined below : Initiated contact with your customer service department to address the inaccurately labeled late closed entry on my credit file. Follow-up communication after the initial inquiry did not yield a satisfactory resolution. Submitted written documentation and evidence to demonstrate the inaccuracy of the late closed entry. Reported the inaccurately labeled charge-off entry on my credit file to your institution. Submitted a formal written complaint, including comprehensive documentation and evidence supporting the inaccurate nature of the charge-off entry. Engaged in follow-up communication, providing any additional information requested and cooperating fully in the investigation process. Despite these concerted efforts, both issues persist, causing undue stress and affecting my confidence in the accuracy and reliability of the information on my credit file. I implore you to conduct a thorough and expedited investigation into both matters and take immediate action to correct the inaccurately labeled late closed and charge-off entries from my credit file. Additionally, I request transparent communication regarding the steps your institution is taking to prevent similar incidents in the future. If these matters are not addressed satisfactorily within the exact timeframe from the date of this letter, I may be compelled to explore alternative avenues, including reporting the issues to relevant regulatory authorities and seeking legal counsel. No changes were made. No investigation was conducted at all. You had optimal time to review this matter and make the appropriate corrections, you elected not to. Please remove this item immediately. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Date opened XX/XX/XXXX Balance : {$700000.00} I want to bring to your attention that the inaccurate reporting stems from the bank 's inability to send me the proper statements. I have communicated this issue with the bank, and they have acknowledged the problem and agreed to correct it. I am requesting that the status of this account be updated to reflect one of the following : " Open/Never Late '' if the account is still active and has never been late.
