Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer report and noticed that i was never late for the consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the account that i have included a screenshot inside this complaint in on XX/XX/23 thru XXXX.please investigate and provide proof with statement showing that these payments were late. if proof can't be provided, I demand these payments be updated to pay as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact I was never late. Consumer Complaint: tired of these credit bureaus abusing my rights. I sent them letters regarding all the inaccurate information i still find my on my credit report. They cant even get an open date right or my payment history correct. Down below i have listed what rights they violated in correspondence with the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT ( FCRA ), tracking numbers of the letters i sent the bureaus, and all the incomplete and inaccurate information found in my credit report. also found out that they were sending 3rd party companies my personal information by receiving random letters from these companies. Consumer Complaint: Since pulling a copy of my Consumer credit report 1 year ago, I noticed that this credit reporting agency was and still is in multiple violations and I am entitled to monetary compensation Under FCRA United States XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX ( XXXX ) Notice of Results of Reinvestigation. ( A ) In general. A consumer reporting agency shall provide written notice to a consumer of the results of a reinvestigation, by mail or, if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by other means available to the agency ( B ) Contents. As part of, or in addition to, the noticed under subparagraph ( A ), a consumer reporting agency shall provide to a consumer in writing before the expiration of the XXXX period referred to in subparagraph ( A ) ( I ) a statement that the reinvestigation is completed. For the better part of a year, this agency stalled, neglected to respond, and failed to provide me with proof of in detailed actions ( signed contracts, itemized bills, etc. ) taken by this agency to verify the debt from the creditor, Resulting in an unbearable financial impact on me and my family and inability for me to qualify for a home loan. I have kept proof of every letter sent, the XXXX this agency did not respond, did not comply with proper deadlines and receipts of the financial burden this has caused me while disputing these inaccuracies. I myself have been able to spot inaccuracies, fraudulent reporting and even cycled ( cycling back and forth the debt under XXXX subsidiaries owned by the same company ) and doubled reporting by a certain collection agency on my credit report. I've also noticed the following XXXX. Lack of Validation : I have not been provided with sufficient validation or verification of this debt as required by the FCRA. I demand this be removed since you have failed to provide detailed information validating the debt, including the original contract or agreement with my signature, proof of the debt 's ownership, and documentation illustrating the chain of ownership. XXXX. XXXX XXXX : The reported charged-off amount and related dates do not accurately reflect the account 's history. There are discrepancies in the reported amounts and timelines, which contradict the actual details of the account. XXXX. Compliance with XXXX XXXX : The reported information does not comply with the FCRA 's reporting guidelines. There XXXX be violations in reporting this information, leading to inaccuracies on my credit report. XXXX. There is a fraud alert on my account since 2018 where proper documentation had been provided at the time to protect my identity.
