Consumer Complaint: 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) clearly states that transactions between the consumer and the Person/Corporation making the report is NOT included on the consumer reports. Yet XXXX, XXXX XXXX Equifax is reporting this information. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been validated, lets be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form 1099-C Cancellation of Debt. XXXX, XXXX, Equifax and the creditors reporting collections/Charge-Offs, late payments/other derogatory information in my consumer report are in violation of 26 USC ss 6050P Returns Relating to the Cancellation of Indebtedness By Certain Entities. If this derogatory account information is not deleted from my consumer reports within 30 days, I will be forced to officially file IRS form 3949A : Information Referral AND IRS form 211. Application For Award Original Information Overview with the Internal Revenue Service against ALL entities involved.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2024, I submitted a letter to Equifax declaring that they had violated my federally protected consumer rights on multiple occasions by publicly disclosing my personal information regarding multiple accounts to my credit report without my written instruction. Both 5 U.S.C. 552a ( b ) and 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) clearly state that a credit reporting agency may only furnish and report personal information to a credit report with the written instruction of the individual as to whom the report relates. Equifax has yet to take any action on the removal of these accounts from being publicly disclosed. It is Equifax 's duty to abide by the laws that allow for consumers rights to be protected, however they are NOT. The public disclosure of my personal information is damaging my reputation and causing me unnecessary emotional and mental stress.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX nj XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX To Whom It May Concern, Dear, Dear, XXXX, / XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX TX This letter is a formal complaint that you are reporting inaccurate and incomplete credit information. I am distressed that you have included the information below in my credit profile and that you have failed to maintain reasonable procedures in your operations to assure maximum possible accuracy in the credit reports you publish. Credit reporting laws ensure that bureaus report only 100 % accurate credit information. Every step must be taken to assure the information reported is completely accurate and correct. The following information therefore needs to be re-investigated. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), you are required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that you post on a credit report. Otherwise anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account. I demand to see verifiable proof ( i.e. : an original consumer contract with my signature on it ) that you have on file for the account listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Under the FCRA, unverifiable accounts must be removed and if you are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof, you must remove the account listed below. I demand that the following account be verified or removed immediately : [ dispute_item_and_explanation ] XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Original Creditor Company Sold Account Type Date Opened Status Status Updated Balance Balance Updated Paid Off Monthly Payment Past Due Amount Original Balance Terms Responsibility Your Statement : Comments : Contact Info : XXXX XXXX XXXX - Debt Buyer XX/XX/XXXX Collection account. {$2300.00} past due as of XX/XX/XXXX.
