Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX has a negative account reporting on my credit report, per the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is not authorized to report in the boundaries of my state of North Carolina and the documentation is attached as well as I have sent National credit systems a letter requesting debt validation back on XX/XX/2023 and they just like the credit agencies have failed to verify the method of verification of all disputes as requested as well as XXXX XXXX XXXX has failed to validate the debt. Equifax, XXXX and XXXX are in violation of US USC 1681i ( 6 ) ( b ) ( iii ) and 15 usc 1681i ( 7 ) not providing the method of verification is a willful neglect of non-compliance of 15 USC 1681N. I have requested the method of verification several times from these agencies and they only reopen the investigation and send back a verified generic message. the companies have caused credit defamation by reporting thee inaccurate accounts and have failed to perform their due diligence to ensure they are reporting accurate information, had they performed their research they would of known national credit systems is not authorized in the state of NC to collect a debt.

Consumer Complaint: My Only First & Last Name XXXX XXXX XXXX My Only Address XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX The last 4 of my SSN # XXXX My Only XXXX recently disputed fraudulent negative information that was on my consumer report. I reached out to XXXX, XXXX and Equifax, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I sent over paperwork from the FTC, the XXXX, the California, consumer protection and innovation, state attorney, general complaint, as well as a signed affidavit of truth, their investigation rendered nothing changed on my consumer report 15 USC 1681| ( A ) ( 1 ) ( A ) ( a ) REINVESTIGATIONS OF DISPUTED INFORMATION ( 1 ) REINVESTIGATION REQUIRED ( A ) In general Subject to subsection ( f ) and except as provided in subsection ( g ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumer 's file at a consumer reporting agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, the agency shall, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller. According to 15 USC 1681e ( b ) it states this ( b ) Accuracy of report Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. Consumer Complaint: I hope this letter finds you well, although I must express my profound disappointment and frustration with the recent findings on my credit report. I recently conducted an investigation into my credit history, a process that has left me in a state of severe distress upon discovering multiple unverifiable, invalidated, inaccurate, and questionable items. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), it is imperative that the information on my credit report is accurate and up-to-date. Regrettably, the items in question fail to meet this fundamental requirement, thereby violating the provisions outlined in 15 U.S Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ). These discrepancies not only compromise the integrity of my credit history but also have had a significant impact on my emotional well-being. I have taken the necessary steps in accordance with the FCRA, which includes disputing these inaccuracies through written correspondence. Attached to this letter are copies of all the letters I have previously sent in an attempt to rectify these issues. Consumer Complaint: I found a significant amount of inaccurate information on my credit report, which I have been disputing online and through the mail. I have a My Equifax account where I can view my credit report, score and dispute items online. For the last 3 months, when I log in, I get the following error message : Your Equifax credit report summary is currently unavailable. Please call our Customer Care team at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX or try again later. We are temporarily unable to retrieve the status of your security freeze. Please try again later. We are temporarily unable to retrieve the status of your active duty or fraud alert. Please try again later. First of all, I don't have a security freeze on my account nor do I have a fraud alert on my account. I can not view my credit report, score or access my online disputes. I've called 6 times and they tell me every time that they will escalate the issue but I never hear from anyone and they never fix my account. I've wasted countless hours on the phone with Equifax and they have done absolutely nothing to resolve my issue. Today alone, I've been on the phone for over 45 minutes and I'm still on hold. I've spoken with a supervisor, a manager... the supervisor today told me he only sees that I've called one time about this issue but I've called 6 times and today is my 7th call. I used to be able to log in, see my score, my credit report and dispute information just fine. The problem is not on my end and I need this resolved immediately because I can not fix the errors on my credit report nor can I monitor the activity. In a separate attachment, I will provide my login information, ID, and information to identify myself. Please do NOT send me a letter stating I have to mail my identification information because it is attached. Dealing with these credit reporting agencies is a joke. How are we supposed trust them with our information? They are inept at credit reporting, they do not investigate disputes properly, it takes forever to reach them on the phone and their customer service is below substandard.

This account was transferred or sold, however is showing on my credit report under a different account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Recently they added a balance owe as well.This is a form of XXXX to keep hurting my credit score. This is DUPLICATE account in my credit report that is causing double impact on my credit score. The personal information listed below requires attention as well. Inconsistence LAST DAY PAYMENT and LAST ACTIVITIES DAY are different on each credit berau, everything in my credit report have to be 100 % complete and accurate and those dates are inacurate.
