Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX XXXX, am a natural living person. I am writing to dispute certain information present on my credit report, which I believe is inaccurate. This dispute is based on the provisions outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including 15 U.S. Code 1681a, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2, and 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ). According to 15 U.S. Code 1681a, the definition of a consumer report excludes reports containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the reporting entity. It is evident that the information in dispute falls under this exclusion. Furthermore, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2 emphasizes the responsibility of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies. The law stipulates that furnishers must provide accurate information and prohibits reporting with actual knowledge of errors. In addition, 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ) supports my claim by specifying exclusions from the definition of a consumer report, highlighting the relevance of the disputed information to this exclusion. I am also placing a FTC reference number- # XXXX so that you can verify the inaccuracy of fraud that is placed on my credit report. Now based on the provisions mentioned above, I kindly request an investigation into these discrepancies and urge prompt action to rectify the inaccuracies. As per my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I also request that you provide me with a written explanation of the results of your investigation. Enclosed are copies of documents supporting my claim for your review. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request that the inaccurate information be corrected or removed from my credit report at the earliest.

Consumer Complaint: A year or two ago I reported a delinquency to you by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on my credit report as incorrect and fraudulent. After an investigation it was removed. Now the exact same bill is back with a new collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX. This bill is from a condo office for damage to carpet that was caused by a leak in the condo. While installing new kitchen cabinets in the unit above me the carpenters, put a screw that went through the wall and into the pipe, causing water to run down, filling my unit below and damaging all my personal property. The condo rules say that the unit above me is responsible for the damage to my unit but it was easier for them to bill me as I was renting and moving and keep the people above happy. I have all the emails between the office and I acknowledging this damage, that it was their fault, and that they didnt find it immediately and had to go back several times. They kept my security deposit and tried to bill me. I said take me to court as I have all the evidence to win. Knowing they couldnt win they chose this. How many times do I have to have the same bill removed. When is it harassment to keep posting the same bill after investigation and removal? Im inclosing pictures of the water coming down from the upstairs unit through my kitchen cabinets, my soaked, carpet, clothing, and bed I also copies of them charging me for the carpet that their leak caused. I have many more emails from XXXX XXXX and complete pictures on the damage and the

XXXX took the liberty to properly investigate and delete these Bankruptcies from my credit report due to inaccuracy, however, it is evidence that XXXX XXXX Equifax did not and lied about investigating this bankruptcy with the courthouse. I demand the following Bankruptcies be immediately deleted from my credit report : *XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy Account Number : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy Account Number : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Please reply to me in writing or via email ( XXXX ) once this has been deleted.
