Consumer Complaint: I have reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that I had a late payment on XXXX accounts ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX ) that I was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can't be provided I demand these payments be updated to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact that I was never late. Thanks!

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX refuses to allow me access to this account. They are ONLY providing loan information to the primary borrower who is incompetent! The ONLY information that Im provided is through disputes & responses ONLY online through these disputes! I have requested & have NOT received : - XXXX months of payment history showing dates & amount of payment. Instead XXXX has sent past monthly statements which DO NOT allow me to verify accuracy of this account. - a loan payoff statement, which XXXX said they sent in XXXX. I NEVER received it! Likely because they sent it to the property address which I DO NOT have access to. - current monthly statements, ANY & ALL notices in regard to this loan, including ANY late payments or changes to the account. - information on insurance, taxes & escrow information. Without ANY opportunity to manage this account Im subjected to unfair credit reporting that can neither be verified or paid. This loan IS my responsibility & Im being denied FAIR management.

Consumer Complaint: I contacted Equifax on XX/XX/23 and spoke with XXXX XXXX in the fraud dept to notify them that an account appeared on my credit report as well as an unknown address. He provided me with an address dispute confirmation number, but it was never removed. I realized the address on my XXXX report and immediately contacted them and spoke with the fraud dept. Their dept immediately removed the address but did inform me it was attached to an account and provided me with the account name which is XXXX XXXX. However, the account did not appear on my XXXX or XXXX, but the address did. XXXX was also informed of the information and had removed it as well. On the call with XXXX XXXX, He stated I needed to file a report with the FTC as well as file a complaint with the CFPB before they can remove it. Even though XXXX XXXX was aware that the account nor the address did not belong to me he proceeded to allow inaccurate information to be furnished on my credit report and acted as if he was putting in a dispute request for me. I also advise that my information was exposed in the Equifax data breach and I had to file a claim.
