Consumer Complaint: This complaint is in regards to a creditor, XXXX XXXX XXXX placing unauthorized inquiries upon my credit profile. I have been trying to reach resolve for over XXXX months, to no avail. I have sent letters demanding that they furnish proof and remove it, only to receive a generic response ( see attachment containing correspondence ). I will mention that, despite sending multiple letters, I only received a response from the company on one occasion-which was several months ago. I also contacted the three major credit reporting agencies, to which they responded that the information will remain on my credit profile-even after I demanded they furnish proof-without either actually furnishing proof within the requested timeframe ( see attachments dated XX/XX/2023 to bureaus ). I will also supply correspondence from the investigation results from credit reporting agencies. They are attempting to allow inaccurate information to remain on my credit, going against my rights to fair and accurate reporting. Please help.

Consumer Complaint: Reviewing my equifax credit report I notice XXXX XXXX is reporting a late payment of 30 days late XX/XX/XXXX. Having this XXXX XXXX XXXX since XXXX of XXXX, this account has never been late. This late payment was reported during the time of a national pandemic. I do not recall receiving the statements 21 days prior to the due date to make an on-time payment. According to consumer law 15 USC 1666b- Timing of payments the consumer must receive the statements 21 days prior to the due date. Furthermore, according to consumer law 15 USC 1681s the consumer must be notified in writing before reporting negative information to credit reporting agencies. I did not receive any written notification from XXXX XXXX 30 days prior or after the late payment was being reported on my credit report. I know it is XXXX XXXX duty to report accurate information and as a consumer with a perfect payment history I understand that, however the reporting of 30 days late in XXXX during a pandemic I do not believe was reported accurately according to all consumer laws that applies.

Consumer Complaint: Despite my previous 4 written requests, the unverified items listed below still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. They stated in their responses to my 4 dispute letters that they have verified that the items listed are accurate but they failed to send me copies of the documents that they used to verify these accounts as per my request. The fact that they have ignored my request to send me copies of the documents that they used to verify the disputed accounts is evidence that they can not and did not verify any of the disputed accounts like they said they did. Their failure to delete the disputed accounts that they can not verify after two written requests is also evidence of their willful disregard of Federal Law.
