I have submitted a complaint to the FTC, CFPB & my State Attorney General to have this account removed from my credit report ( identity theft report attached here ). The address they have on file is not my address and I never lived there. This account needs to be removed IMMEDIATELY. XXXX is not on any of my other credit reports as it is NOT MINE. please remove ASAP. Equifax and XXXX funding are in VIOLATION of 15 U.S. Code S 1681c-2. " A consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identify theft, no later than XXXX business days after the date of receipt. '' It has been MORE THAN 30 days and you are in VIOLATION of this law because I am a victim of identify theft. Please delete this IMMEDIATELY.

Consumer Complaint: I submitted identity theft reports ( Ftc report # XXXX ) from the proper authority and proper documentation of invalid and inaccurate information on my credit reports as well as proof of my true identity to XXXX, Equifax and XXXX by certified mail on XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX with all 3 letters confirmed to be delivered between XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX. They ignored certain verified claims, removed and then reposted others. XXXX even denied receiving some of the documents despite the proof of delivery I have. I have attempted to contact and redispute and have never received a reason or proof of validation from any of them as to why I was denied. My reports don't contain the dispute statement either.
