For the past 2 years, XXXX has not provided verification of documentation and I have requested this documentation of the account from open to close, showing where they sent me money back after I closed the account, but I have failed to receive any of said verification of documentation from XXXX or Equfiax which makes this information inaccurate. XXXX XXXX XXXX took my rights as a consumer and decided to make my account a profit/loss write off. Consumer Complaint: I opened a secured " credit builder '' loan with XXXX XXXX reflected on my Equifax file. The full amount of the {$1000.00} Original Balance was never received up front to me directly. A portion of this amount was available to me. {$400.00} or so. Then the rest, I made payments and at the end of the 12 month term, I would have access to the balance in it's entirety. I never received the other {$600.00} and XXXX XXXX has continued to report inaccurate information on my credit file. Status : Account charged off. {$960.00} written off. {$110.00} past due as of XX/XX/XXXX. How are you able to write off an amount of {$960.00} when the past due balance was {$110.00}? The original Balance for this secured loan was {$1000.00}. Again, those funds were never received in the full amount at the beginning of this loan as this was a " secured loan '', not a secured credit card, but a " secured loan ''. Equifax reports in my 24-month payment history that the month of XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX the account remained in a " charged off '' status. How is it possible to remain in a charged off status when the last payment date is stated to be XX/XX/XXXX? This is inaccurate information reported.
