Consumer Complaint: I wrote a letter on XX/XX/2023, inquiring about both known and unknown information on my credit report. I still haven't gotten an answer even after more than 60 days have passed. I feel as though my disagreements are being disregarded and exploited. According to Section 611A, if these issues are not investigated within 30 days, that is a valid cause to have them removed off my credit report right away. They ought to be removed right now because it has been more than 60 days. I demand that these things be taken down right now, or I'll file litigation for the stress you put me under. The Equifax data leak also affected my information, which might have ended up in the wrong hands.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed the error in my Equifax credit report and despite providing evidence that the debt was previously settled, Equifax is still not correcting the error. Section 611b of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) entitles me to add a statement ( 100 words or less ) to my file giving my version of the dispute so I demand that Equifax add this to my file under the erroneous information.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to file a formal complaint against XXXX, Equifax and XXXX for their failure to respond adequately to my previous dispute letters. I believe my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) have been violated, and I am seeking your assistance to address this matter. On XX/XX/, I initially submitted dispute letters to the respective credit bureaus, disputing the accuracy of certain information on my credit reports. My dispute letters included details of the inaccurate information and evidence supporting my claims. As required by law, I expected the credit bureaus to conduct a reasonable investigation into my disputes and respond within the stipulated time frame. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to engage with the credit bureaus and my commitment to resolving discrepancies on my credit reports, I have received little to no response from them. I have not received any meaningful communication acknowledging the disputes I raised, nor have I been provided with the results of their investigations.
