Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Personal information incorrect
Consumer Complaint: I reached out to the company regarding the removal of the incorrect information and was denied. In addition, the credit scores for XXXX and Equifax are normally at least XXXX points lower than XXXX and the actual FICO scores that are used by the financial institutions that are providing the consumer credit transactions. I'm not sure why one would have to ask multiple times to have inaccurate information removed from their credit report and have it not be done. I have attached a list of the discrepancies from each reporting agency and hope that this can be resolved and corrected quickly as it is negatively affecting my credit.

Consumer Complaint: I'm trying to purchase a home and I realized that I have damages on my credit report from all 3 credit bureaus ; XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX. I notice that some incorrect names and addresses are connected to inquiries, credit cards, and charge-off accounts that are currently reporting on my credit report and significantly impacting my score. According to the 15 USC 1681 law, there should not be any damages on my report. It's a defamation of my character.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to formally dispute and request the removal of a fraudulent account that has appeared on my credit report with your bureau. I have already successfully disputed this account with the other credit reporting agencies, and they have promptly taken the necessary actions to rectify the situation. The fraudulent account in question is XXXX XXXX, and I believe it is a result of identity theft. I reported this issue to your bureau on XX/XX/XXXX and I have submitted all required documentation, including the identity theft affidavit, a copy of my ID, and any other supporting evidence. I am confused and concerned about why your bureau has not acted in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and allowed this false information to tarnish my credit score. Failure to comply with this request within the legally mandated time frame will leave me with no option but to pursue legal action to protect my rights under the FCRA.

I initiated the process of opening an account with your company, and it has come to my attention that the account opening was significantly delayed. This delay has caused inconvenience and frustration, as I rely on timely access to the services provided by your company.
