Consumer Complaint: I tried to get my free Equifax credit report on XXXX XXXX XXXX, and when I gave all my information I get a message to call Equifax, I called them and they didnt understand why I could not get into my Equifax account, and the would let support now, I get an email saying problem was fixed and I could log in, I tried logging again and got the same problem, and was forced to call again, and still did not know what the problem was, and got another email saying problem was fixed, and still could get into my account, just back and forth.

I had no knowledge of this company and when I reached out to the company XXXXXXXX XXXX directly to resolve this matter, they was not sure how my information was ( And this is in their words : " MIXED UP WITH ANOTHER PERSON in their system '' ). After I submitted an identity theft complaint, I disputed the information to Equifax and it took MONTHS for them to take any action into removing the account. MY NAME IS XXXX XXXX XXXX AND I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY OR HAVE I EVER BEEN INFLUENCED BY ONE.
