Consumer Complaint: I sent the the company a letter asking for debit validation. I request a copy of the original contract that created the alleged debt, a fully accounting history from the original creditor, proof of ownership of the alleged debt and proof of assignment of each change of onwnership, proof they are legally allowed to collect in the state of GA, any interest or fees that have accrued or add and proof that they sent the legally required notice to me before reporting the alleged debt to the CRA 's. It has been over 30 day and I have not received a response. I have not provided consent to this creditor or CRA, they are in violation of 15 USC code 1681b. This accounts need to be removed from my credit report.

She was upset and hysterical. I dont know what credit these people are referring to because they refuse to send me proof. She told them both times to not call her but they kept calling anyway. They keep using scare tactics to collect on a debt and its very disrespectful.

Consumer Complaint: MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT is a debt buyer and needs written permission from me to report anything to me without first verifying the validity of a debt. If this persists it will fall under a violation of 18 usc 242 deprivation of rights under color of law : WHOEVER ( Midland Credit Management falls under this definition ), under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both ; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon. I consider reporting to my consumer report as a dangerous weapon that is causing me mental and physical harm which could lead to my death. If this happens you will be liable as this complaint will be on the record. and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

They filed to sue me with local courts in XX/XX/2023 but did not deliver to me until XX/XX/2023. They filed to sue me but has not stopped harassing me, even though they have a hearing date AND I told them to stop contacting me. They are harassing me constantly, every single day. They have filed this suit even though. XXXX XXXX has an arbitration attached to it, so it is essentially illegal for them to even have this in court against me. This company operates illegally and someone needs to be informed and take care of it please.

Your alleged remark that 'As it was a credit card, the terms and conditions ( cardholder agreement ) that creates the agreement between the parties ' is wholly unacceptable and misleading. Under 8 ( a ) ( iv ) ( 1 ) in the case that is referenced above, Midland Credit Management , Inc. must comply with my demand. This is not a request ; it is a legal requirement. I demand to see my signature on the alleged cardholder agreement, and I will not allow MCM to make false or misleading statements about me, as this is a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1692E. Furthermore, your threats towards me are unwarranted and will not be tolerated, as they constitute a direct violation of 15 U.S. Code 1692d. Consumer Complaint: Midland Credit Management has been reporting an alleged debt on my consumer reports illegally. I have never done business with them, so I don't know how they ever received consent to my personal information. This is identity fraud. I have never legally given written consent/permissible purpose to furnish this alleged debt on my reports. Midland is a 3rd party debt collector attempting to collect an alleged debt. Midland has not provided any validation or verification legally required showing ownership of this debt. This includes the original contract with my wet signature. Their negative and illegal reporting is tarnishing my credit worthiness and hindering me from acquiring affordable living and transportation to provide for my family. This is causing undue hardship to all of us!
