Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2021 certified mail sent to an address that never belonged to me. XX/XX/2021 court document along with a credit card statement also taped onto the front door of the same address that never belonged to me. The owner of the address contacted me and sent me photos of the documents that was taped on the front door! The company is Midland credit management. They have my correct address and Ive never been contacted at my home regards to this issue. Ive called midland credit several times and can not get any information about this account until Im giving them my personal information on which Im refusing.

Consumer Complaint: Hi i just found out today i had a special civil case against me about a debt i do not owe. I never lived at the address they sent the superior court notice to and do not know what this debt is for. The company in question is Midland Funding LLC the amount they say i owe is around 2 - 3 thousand plus for a debt owed in the late 2000 's. I know this debt is a lie because i've never lived at that address ever and i've never opened up bank accounts that are involved in this case in the late 2000 's. I want to get to the bottom of this and know what this is for so i can file my lawsuit. Thank You.

Consumer Complaint: Midland Credit Management XXXX & XXXX ( used a law firm named : XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and sued me and received a judgement for an account that was included in a Police report because that account and amount were fraudulently opened. Amount on record is XXXX!! I forwarded the companies both of them repeated copies of the Police Report # XXXX. Both companies have harassed me contacting me and being very rude. They will not tell me yes they received the information! They went to court and placed a Judgement on my personal credit!! I have the police report that NOTATES this account is FRAUD. I NEED help, because XXXX & XXXX and XXXX will not remove this collection account even after I sent in the official police report! Please help me I just tried to contact All bureaus but they will not remove this collection / judgement accounts from my credit. How can they legally sue me for something already been proven as Fraud??

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sold an invalid debt to Midland Credit Management and now Midland Credit Management is threatening to sue for this debt. I never opened this account, never authorized this account or had any knowledge of this account. I was first made aware of the situation when it first appeared on my credit report in XX/XX/XXXX. The account showed that it was already XXXX days past due even though it was not reported on my credit reports in previous months. I then did research and learned how to dispute the false account. In XX/XX/XXXX, I mailed multiple dispute letters via certified mail to XXXX requesting they remove the account and provide details and statements so that I could better challenge this debt. I did not receive any of the requested information from XXXX I challenged the information directly with the credit reporting agencies and after their investigations, all XXXX deleted the fraudulent account from my credit files in XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX this account resurfaced on my credit reports as a collection account by Midland Credit Management. I received a notice dated XX/XX/XXXX from Midland Credit Management that threatened to sue me if I did not pay by XX/XX/XXXX. I have filed disputes with Midland Credit Management thru their website and sent a dispute letter via USPS today. I have also challenged this account thru the credit reporting agencies. I don't have confidence that they will correct this issue in a timely manner ( if at all ) since they are so quick to threaten legal action. I ask that you intercede to right this unfair collection action by both XXXX and Midland Credit Management.

Consumer Complaint: Midland is reporting in my credit file however it is inaccurate because it was said to be late, yet all the payments are OK. I do not think that this is mine. I did my research on what to do because it is affecting my scores to badly, I asked for documents, disclosure and where did the account come from but they failed to provide me, so I came online and researched. The plaintiff is asking the same thing that I wanted and at the end of it all the plaintiff won this case. I am talking about the Texas VS Midland Funding Case. I have learned that Midland claims to have a disclosure and an agreement that there is a Consumer Agreement for all who they are collecting from. I guarantee you that there is no such thing that I have agreed upon to

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I was recently alerted to a change in my credit score, When I checked it out there was a new collections on my account from XXXX sometime, After I researched it I contacted the said original creditor and they admitted the credit card was mailed to an address thats not mine and was used and never paid, As I explained it was 100 % not my account they said its not there problem any longer and I needed to contact the new collection agency which is Midland Credit, So as I contacted Midland credit the representative was very rude and ignorant stating there is nothing I can do but pay in full {$690.00} or settle for {$510.00} but as I explained its not my account they were only interested in getting paid, I have disputed this account with all 3 credit bureaus only to have It come back as accurate, This makes absolutely no sense to me due to this not being my account, Now this account shows as closed with a derogatory Mark on my credit report in which significantly lowered my scores, I dont have any where else to turn for help because it seems Im getting stuck with someone elses debt, Can you please help me? Consumer Complaint: Hi, I have been working to fix my credit for the past year running my reports with all three bureaus weekly. On XX/XX/XXXX an account appeared from a Midland credit management company. I contact them to inquire about this and was initially told they bought this account XX/XX/XXXX and that its an account opened in XXXX and they report to credit agencies within 90 days. I then asked them why they waited 13 months to report this and they would not provide me with an answer. Ive called repeatedly and they will not provide an answer. This is unfair business practices and it also caused me to lose a contract.
