XX/XX/XXXX - Certified mail delivered No validation has been received to date ( XX/XX/XXXX ) XX/XX/XXXX - called in regards to debt validation - spoke with XXXX XXXX and another woman, supposedly a supervisor, who refused to provide her name - Supervisor was trying to collect even though it is still within the validation hold time - I decided to humor her and that if they would settle for a certain amount I'd pay. She started laughing and said they wouldn't even take that money 10 years from now. I asked for a manager and was told no one was available and they would have to call me back, but I had also adv they must cease and desist any phone communication and that I would hold. She stated that I can't hold and started laughing again. Then I hung up the call. XX/XX/XXXX - I will be sending another certified letter after work this afternoon advising that since they failed to validate the debt as per my initial letter the debts must be removed from my credit reporting.

Some time later I disputed the claim made by Midland Credit Management. They then sent me a form to fill out about disputing the claim & a phone number XXXX, to call with any questions. When I called the person that answered ( XXXX ) could not speak English well enough for me to understand. At that time I asked to speak to someone that could speak better English, and was told he was in XXXX and I would have to call the United States. He then gave me what was supposedly the U.S. office phone number XXXX. When I dialed it, I was told it was an unassigned phone number! ttached the supposed bill

Furthermore, they have failed to provide an executed credit contract proving liability of this debtor on the amount claimed, as per my validation request. Consumer Complaint: Midland is reporting in my credit file however it is inaccurate because it was said to be late, yet all the payments are OK. I do not think that this is mine. I did my research on what to do because it is affecting my scores to badly, I asked for documents, disclosure and where did the account come from but they failed to provide me, so I came online and researched. The plaintiff is asking the same thing that I wanted and at the end of it all the plaintiff won this case. I am talking about the Texas VS Midland Funding Case. I have learned that Midland claims to have a disclosure and an agreement that there is a Consumer Agreement for all who they are collecting from. I guarantee you that there is no such thing that I have agreed upon to.

Consumer Complaint: Midland Credit is reporting an erroneous debt on my credit file and it must be removed. I recently checked my credit file and noticed this debt reporting on my credit file. I immediately called and settled this debt with them. I never received any letters, statements or calls regarding this debt. This violates my 30 day right to dispute under the FCRA and it is a violation. This must be removed from my credit. I am also aware that while this account is under review, you can not report this on my credit file. If any negative information continues to report to any of the three major credit bureaus this could constitute fraud under state and federal laws. Please remove this account from my credit file immediately.

Upon further research, this account was transferred /sold and I am no longer responsible for it. Debtors creditors did not verify this collection. Also there was no written form of communication, contract or signature for this account debt at all.A bill without signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say it is mine. According to the FCRA Midland Credit Management Inc has violated my rights as a consumer and now I request legal action to remove this account immediately.
