Consumer Complaint: I received mails from XXXX different companies advising me that I have Collections accouts and asking me to make payment or payment arrangement and I refused because those are not my accounts, my personal information was stolen including my SSN, address, phone number and it's sad to tell you that my own sister did that to me. I've been trying to dispute it on the the XXXX bureaus for years now and no good news, the credit bureaus advised me to make this report and send it to them and if I'm lucky they'll be able to remove it because it's affecting my score and in general it's frustrating to be accused of something that you didn't do and they make you responsible for it.

Consumer Complaint: Closed Claim XXXX from Midland Credit indicated that they attached documentation validating the {$740.00} debt that they are reporting on my credit. However, the original contract/application or any documentation that reflected my signature was provided. They did provide the credit card statements from several months and indicated that those documents ( see attached ) validated the debt. Again, this debt isn't valid!!!

Consumer Complaint: Consumer Financial Protection Bureau XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Midland Credit regarding their handling of accounts that were opened fraudulently and their failure to validate these accounts despite my repeated attempts to resolve the matter. However, they have not taken the necessary steps to validate these debts as required by law, and they continue their collection efforts. I request the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against Midland Credit. I also request assistance in ensuring the removal of any negative reporting associated with these fraudulent accounts from my credit reports. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX
