Consumer Complaint: Received notice in the mail around XX/XX/2020 and received other notices after that on later dates, from Midland Credit Management XXXX Inc. A company I've never heard before and never did any type of business with, but they continued to send me threaten letters violating my rights as a Consumer in many ways and telling me I owe them {$1800.00} and how they were forwarding the account to an attorney for litigation if the account isn't resolved by XXXX. Again I don't even know of this company for them to even send me any kinds of mail from them, from the start threatening me into paying them for anything. I don't even know how they got my information. I responded by mail between XX/XX/2020 or XX/XX/2020 through Postal Service, asking them to Validate the debt they claim I owe them pursuant to law 15 USC 1692g ( b ) as a Consumer. On XX/XX/2020, I received a response follow-up from them acknowledging they received my dispute/validation request for the alleged debt. Along with another form that was blank on both sides, as a response. Midland Credit Management , Inc. failed to provide proof of Validation.

Consumer Complaint: Midland is reporting in my credit file however it is inaccurate because it was said to be late, yet all the payments are OK. I do not think that this is mine. I did my research on what to do because it is affecting my scores to badly, I asked for documents, disclosure and where did the account come from but they failed to provide me, so I came online and researched. The plaintiff is asking the same thing that I wanted and at the end of it all the plaintiff won this case. I am talking about the Texas VS Midland Funding Case. I have learned that Midland claims to have a disclosure and an agreement that there is a Consumer Agreement for all who they are collecting from. I guarantee you that there is no such thing that I have agreed upon to.
