Consumer Complaint: I have received numerous collection letters from Midland Credit Management. I responded several time with debt validation requests. I have certified proof that they received my letters. They have yet to provide me with information that i have requested from them. Instead they continue to send me the same letters asking me to provide them with a written explanation and documentation demonstrating any errors on my credit report. According to the law, if a debt can not be properly verified it must be removed. The burden of proof is on them. I demand they either send me contract with my name and signature or delete this entry from the bureaus immediately. I am aware of my rights.
