Consumer Complaint: I have garnishments taken from my company and they are not posting it on time. The payment from XX/XX/XXXX for {$240.00} was posted on XX/XX/XXXX. There is a payment also from my check on XX/XX/XXXX to take in for {$170.00} that has not been posted and another one taken out on XX/XX/XXXX for {$280.00} and not posted yet. The balance owed is {$280.00} meaning I have overpaid and unfortunately because they are not posting payments my company will still deduct XXXX XXXX until this credit company sends them a letter it is paid in full. This is not right because its taking money out of an individual that has a family and has fulfilled their payment. My company has called them and they ignore them and I have called them and theyre blaming it on my company not sending in the payment in which is false! This company needs to stop doing this!

Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem
Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Consumer Complaint: I have disputed with this company-Midland Credit Management and to no avail. Their response was, " the consumer disputes this account information '', without giving any response as to how they obtained my personal information. This company has been erroneously reporting my credit file for 3 yrs and 4 months, alleging that there's 2 debts owed. With the help of the credit bureaus, I have obtained past and current reports that indicate changed information and incomplete information for alleged debts. I have also obtained phone records where this company has called me several times and hung up. This is considered harassment and as advised by the FDCPA is a violation to my consumer rights, also still alleging that debts are owed that has passed the statue of limitations without providing proof after disputes.
