Consumer Complaint: Midland Credit Management/XXXX XXXX XXXX filed 3 lawsuits against me on accounts that have not been verified to be mine. They started in XX/XX/XXXX, second one XX/XX/XXXX and third XX/XX/XXXX. I've not had anything like this happen before, so I wasn't familiar with going to court. It all happened so fast because they were sending one right after another and they got default judgements. Which in turn they sent to my employer and my checks have been garnished for the past 6 months. They keep sending letters to my employer and have sent information on the details of the debt which is a violation of the FDCPA directly to my employer via email and regular mail. They keep sending letters to my employer over and over. To the point my employer is tired of dealing with it and I could be in jeopardy of losing my job of almost 10 years. This has been a completely humiliating for me being harassed on a debt that I don't even know that I owe. Not to mention ALL the charges and fees that added to it. Something needs to be done about this company ASAP. They're violating numerous laws daily! Misrepresentation of being an attorney but they're really a collection agency, they have and still are called harassing my family and my employer, and misrepresentation about the debt and how much is owed and verification that I even owe the debt.

This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and is in violation of requisite XXXX XXXX compliant reporting standards. By the provisions of FCRA and the standards of reporting compliance implemented with the CRSA enacted CDIA XXXX XXXX COMPILANCE regulations, i have the right to a fair and accurate credit report, and you are required to remove any information that isnt true, accurate, compliant and verifiable. i demand these above mentioned derogatory items be investigated and permanently remove from my report.

I also understand that knowing and willful misstatements or omissions of material facts constitutes a FEDERAL CRIMINAL VIOLATION punishable under 18 USC 1001.
