Consumer Complaint: Discover closed my account because I do not want to give access to my IRS tax return to XXXX. I opened a complain here and the solution they gave me is unacceptable. Under their terms and conditions there is no mention of me providing additional information to the credit bureaus. I agreed to give Discover additional information and as I told them I can release the documents to them. If they use a third party, is not on me to provide information that such 3rd party does not have. They can close my credit card for any reason but it can not be because I will not share my sensitive information with a third party. In addition they said they will give me until XX/XX/XXXX to contact them to keep the account open and they reported the account closed and settled to the credit bureaus on XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I purchased blinds from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX for {$330.00} with my Discover card with a 100 % satisfaction guarantee. The blinds arrived defective. I photographed and defective blinds and the company agreed. They said they would follow up with me. I did not hear anything from the company and reached out via phone and email, but they did not reply. I disputed the transaction with Discover and they provided a provisional credit while investigating the dispute. After initiating the dispute the vendor, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX began communicating with me again. Per Discover 's advice I returned the blinds and paid a shipping cost of {$76.00}. I provided Discover with several documents throughout the nearly 5 months of this ongoing dispute. These documents include an email from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX indicating they will issue a refund, which they never did. The documents I provided Discover also included a proof of delivery showing that the blinds shipped and tracked via XXXX and received for return on XX/XX/XXXX. However, Discover has ruled this transaction is valid and charged me for {$330.00}. I incurred an additional shipping cost, the vendor advertises 100 % satisfaction, the vendor claimed they would issue a refund upon return, I have provided proof that the product was returned, at a total cost of {$400.00} and have nothing in my possession for the cost. Discover refused to reopen the dispute and refuses to refund the {$330.00}. It does not pay to Discover!

I WANT THE BANKS THAT HAVE MY SSN THAT MONITOR AND CHECK MY CREDIT WITHOUT MY CONSENT TO STOP DOING SO, ALSO SOME CAR DEALERSHIP, AND CLEAR UP MY HARD ENQUIRY, AS ITS AFFECTING ME NEGATIVELY. Consumer Complaint: On Saturday XX/XX/XXXX I noticed my debit card was not working, I was expecting refunds and other transactions to hit my account via that debit card. So I called my bank immediately and was told that a new card had been sent to me by the " System '' because it decided that I needed a new " tap to pay '' debit card. I was never given notice about this, I never received an email about it, nothing. All Discover bank could do was apologize over and over again and informed me that I would need to file disputes about the issue. SO I did that. Unfortunately that is where the help stopped and the judgements, accusations, and flat out refusal to assist me with a problem they created began. The disputes dept and supervisors flat out did not believe me, told me I was lying to them, mocked me, and flat out refused to expedite the credits into my account that I should have received. I have not eaten in 2 days, I have already missed work twice, and will undoubtedly lose my job, my home, my car, and be left with nothing. I have children, I have a family and all that is going to be gone all because of the attitudes and treatment I was given by Discover Bank and their disputes dept. I am in tears as I write this, I never knew a company could mistreat a consumer in this manner. Thank you for your time.

DiscoverCard is falsifying documents to the Consumer Finance Protection Board, violating federal law. Today they responsed to a dispute and willfully without regard to my right to due process, they provided fictitious informaron to the governor and I am reporting them to the XXXX XXXX United States Attorneys office tomorrow. They responded that dispute XXXX is a duplicate of XXXX when clearly it is not a duplicate. These asholes at DiscoverCard has also reported to my credit file that I made payments when I did not make any, and they tried to get a collection agency that masks themselves as a attorney to collect over {$1000.00} more than they say i owe. I demand an investigation and I demand for a response to these allegations. Im not gon na let this go punk boy up there in DiscoverCard nobody will anything about it but I have a voice too and Im going public on you and your creepy ambulance chasing company. You broke the law and justice will be served. Wait for it
