Consumer Complaint: Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to dispute several hard inquiries on my credit report. According to my credit report, there have been several hard inquiries made by various lenders over the past few months that have negatively impacted my credit score. I understand that lenders have the right to request my credit report as part of their lending process, but I believe that these inquiries were made without my consent or authorization. I have not applied for any credit or loans during this time period and have no knowledge of any lenders or financial institutions conducting a credit check on me. As you are aware, hard inquiries can stay on a credit report for up to two years and can have a negative impact on my credit score, which can affect my ability to obtain credit in the future. Therefore, I am requesting that these hard inquiries be removed from my credit report immediately. I have already contacted the credit reporting agencies and disputed these inquiries, but I have not received a satisfactory response. I am hoping that your organization can assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible. My credit report clearly shows the unauthorized hard inquiries from the following companies XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Please let me know if you require any further information or documentation from me to resolve this matter. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I'm composing this complaint to DISCOVER BANK. I wrote to them about the errors in my report, including dates of last activity, dates opened, dates reported, and payment status, among other things. They claimed to have conducted a thorough investigation, despite the fact that it took them more than 30 days to finish it. However, when I reviewed my report, I found that nothing had changed. The false information is still being reported. Numerous times, my rights have been violated. According to 15 U.S.C. 1681, section 602 A, I have the right to privacy. Section 2 of 15 U.S.C. 1681, Section 604 A.

The charge says " for passage ''. What does that mean? No one knows because I prepaid for everything before the cruise.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed the following information below contained in the attached files with XXXX, XXXX, AND XXXX and up until this day, these accounts are still reporting inaccurately on my credit file. * DISCOVER BANK XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX I tried multiple times to resolve this problem with them because I do not wish to pursue legal actions against them but they have been neglecting the duties mandated by the FCRA. This has caused me so much emotional and mental stress because they are degrading my credit rating by reporting erroneous information and preventing me to obtain the necessary credits amidst the pandemic. XXXX, XXXX AND XXXX has violated so many laws, the investigation results and status were not communicated to me. I explicitly requested verified documentation for the supposed information reporting on my credit file, but I have yet to get anything. Despite being disputed, there is still a lot of inaccurate information on my credit report. I was not notified about the investigation as well as the results so I'm not even sure whether or not they did the investigation. If they did, the errors on my credit report were not fixed despite their " investigation ''.

I am an identity theft victim and have tried to file an FTC report as well regarding this matter.I even filed a police report. I have no idea whoever applied to any service under my name. I never shared my information with anybody either. Is it possible to grab the contract that they claimed I applied for? Because I never did that. Your help will be highly appreciated. XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I had closed my Discover card account. Now I have a lot of credits coming to my account from merchants for returning merchandises, I paid for with Discover card. I gave a specific instructions to have all my credits to be deposited directly to my checking. For 3 weeks I've sent numerous emails to XXXX XXXX XXXX, one of the executives, reporting the problem getting those credits deposited to my checking account and the problem hasn't been resolved. The person, who was assigned to my case, XXXX, didn't return any of my phone calls. When I opened my account file on the website, I saw credit for {$220.00} posted on XXXX and when I called Discover, they didn't have that transaction on their records. Also on the same day I had {$1300.00} deposited to my checking account and then taken back and nobody could explain to me where the money came from, why it was deposited and then taken back and now I ended up having a balance I have to pay.
