Consumer Complaint: Discover bank is keep putting some of the charges back even though the issue has been resolved and I have received a letter that Discover bank confirmed all charges were unauthorized. This complaint is in regards to Discover Bank. I have lost/misplaced my Discover card ending ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) in XX/XX/XXXX. There were several unauthorized charges between XX/XX/XXXX thru XX/XX/XXXX. I was out of state for holidays when all this happened. I called and reported the fraud as soon as I got to know. Discover denied my claim and this is so unfair for me to keep paying for something that I did not authorize neither did I received the services or Goods that Discover is asking me to pay. The total amount is around {$3200.00}. I want CFPB to please take corrective action. Discover needs to provide valid proof of investigation.

Consumer Complaint: I closed my Discover Card in XX/XX/XXXX. Today XX/XX/XXXX, I received a Statement alert email indicating I have a statement available. Concerned about fraud, I called discover who gave me a non answer that the card had an " internal charge '' which was reversed resulting in the statement alert. While there is no balance, I am extremely concerned the card that should be closed, and likely expired by now, can somehow still be charged, even internally. This seems like a huge security risk and I am extremely concerned about my private information contained in their database still.
