Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) they are suppose to modify accounts that isn't reporting correctly. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. Also they aren't even in compliance with metro 2 credit reporting. I have evidence to prove my case.

Request for Immediate Deletion of Charged-Off Account Pursuant to XXXX XXXX XXXX I am writing to you regarding an account that is currently charged off in my credit report. I kindly request your assistance in facilitating the immediate deletion of this account from my credit history in accordance with the XXXX XXXX guidelines. According to the XXXX XXXX guidelines, specifically Section 605, the creditor has the ability to delete or update information reported to credit bureaus, provided it is accurate or no longer relevant. I firmly believe that the charged-off account mentioned above can be deemed as accurate and obsolete, warranting its prompt removal from my credit report. In support of my request, I would like to highlight the following reasons : 1. Inaccuracy : Upon thorough review of my credit records, I have discovered several discrepancies and inconsistencies pertaining to the reported details of the charged-off account. I believe these inaccuracies may have arisen due to data entry errors or miscommunications. 2. In fact, there is no possible way a full investigation could have been done in accordance to section 611 due to the inconsistencies coming after my original request of investigation. During this process I went through application process and my application was approved with {$4000.00} credit limit on my card. Discover did check my credit score and right after that my Credit Score went XXXX points down. When I was filling this application Discover informed me about the Credit Score check and stated that my Credit Score would not be affected. I did call Discover XX/XX/23 and asked them what is going on? They told me Discover have nothing to do with my Credit score. At this point I did ask them to cancel my Credit Card application opened few hours before.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I had contacted Discover to report multiple fraudulant charges on my account. I had over {$8000.00} in unrecognized charges that were under my credit. The card may have had it's information on the internet through hacking skimming or cloning, I am not a hundred percent sure, but somebody had stolen my credit card information through illicit means. As of XX/XX/2023 I am unable to use my card due to the credit fraud being under investigation. In the current circumstances that I am in, and through recent financial hardships due to this incident, it is in my best interest to say that I am not in agreeable terms with how this company is handling my case. Due to the fact that I am only XXXX XXXX XXXX and have no real source of income is further putting me deep into a pool of debt that I can neither afford nor have the resources available to pay these fraudulent charges on my account. Consumer Complaint: I receive a mail package on home equality loan application from discover home loan with the loan amount of {$80000.00}. On my credit report alert from XXXX app, I receive credit report inquiries on XX/XX/23 from discover home loan and XX/XX/23 from the XXXX XXXX XXXX. None of these were my actions! I have called all credit bureaus to report the fraudulent inquires and asked to freeze the credit. I called XXXX and they did not see any application under my names for both credit card or loans. I called discover bank. They took an action by reporting to the fraudulent dept, and inactivate the application, and I will need to wait for their fraud department to take 2 business day to reply to me to take further actions!
