Consumer Complaint: I have a loan with CREDITACPT. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both XXXX, XXXX and CREDITACPT with no successful resolution. XXXX and XXXX were reporting me late. There was definitely an error on their part. I was never 30 days late.

Consumer Complaint: I had a repossession in 2017 and it was reported as a repossession but then a voluntary surrender and then a write off or charge off and the account was paid in full. It is reported differently on all three credit reports. That has stopped me from getting approved for things that involve my credit. I want this removed immediately as that is a misuse of reporting my credit.

Consumer Complaint: THE XXXX XXXX XXXX WAS RETURNED TO THE DEALERSHIP! My name is XXXX XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX to purchase a used minivan XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX miles with XXXX and XXXX. I believe they are the owner. From the start, there was an issue with the entire process. The same dealership got 2 different loans on my credit report for the same vehicle ( one with XXXX XXXX XXXX, and this one with Credit Acceptance ) - one for {$7500.00} and the other of $ XXXX. I took the delivery of the vehicle on XX/XX/XXXX and Returned the vehicle back to them on XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX XXXX. When I asked there were 2 loans for the same vehicle on my credit report, they said that it was their mistake and they will handle it. The vehicle had a major mechanic issue, and it was fully returned before 30 days, and it doesn't pass any emission test. I attempted to return the vehicle earlier, but he kept giving me so many excuses for the reasons that he wasn't going to be there. I have never dealt with this before, and today I'm looking at my credit report and noticed that there are 2 loans of the different amount shown, which was fraudulently submitted by that dealership and its owners. Please be advice again that i don't have the vehicle in my possession and it was returned to the dealership. I've already called the dealership and the bank but no one seems to want to help. Best, XXXX XXXX
