Consumer Complaint: I have been a Coinbase customer since XXXX. Since that time, I have had no issues with my account. On XX/XX/XXXX, Coinbase locked me out of my account for no reason, and did not send me an email to tell me that it was doing so. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, of XXXX I called Coinbase and they informed me that I would need to complete identity verification by sending in a photo of myself which included a picture of my ID and a note stating " FOR COINBASE AUTHORIZATION. '' I did what was requested and then I got no response. I called Coinbase again, and they put me on hold 4 times, and told me to expect a follow up email. An email had not been received after 24 hours. I called Coinbase again, again was told to wait for an email from the escalation team. At this point I have done what has been requested of me to do. I want Coinbase to restore my account. It should not be this difficult or time consuming to get identify verification completed. As well, I use my Coinbase for regular purchases and it is my primary means of payment, without it, I am without my capability to pay for things I normally purchase. Coinbase has shown no sense of urgency to restore my account so that I may continue doing my business as normal. They have denied me to delete my banking account information or have access to my funds

I cant get a hold of a live person and they wont respond to my via email anymore. XX/XX/2021 - Coinbase Charged me XXXX XX/XX/2021 - Coinbase Charged me 3 seprate times all for XXXX each adding up to XXXX XX/XX/2021 - Coinbase Charged me twice for XXXX each adding up to XXXX that day XX/XX/2021 - Coinbase Charged me XXXX and again for XXXX. I few months later when i was doing my taxes i noticed the funds missing. My bank did a investagation but was unable to do anything since it had bee so long. I contacted Coinbase multiple times and the refuse to do anything even though they have since locked the fraudulent account and know it was fraud.

Consumer Complaint: I was notified at the end of XXXX that my account was on hold due to a balance I owed. The balance I owed was for a transaction Coinbase never received funds for. The amount was {$10.00}. I was notified to make a payment on their website or application. When I attempted to make the payment I continued to receive error messages or there wasnt even an area to pay. I received another message stating that after 5 business days they will automatically resolve the issue by taking funds from my current account balance. I have tried text/phone/email support over 10 times with no help. My complaints are being ignored and Ive been told Ill be in contact with a supervisor in a couple of days but its been over a month. My funds are locked and my ability to trade is restricted. I have the funds and have the ability to make a payment but due to a failure on coinbase I have lost those privileges and it is costing me money since I cant withdraw buy sell or trade. I want to file a law suit for monetary damages since I have been losing money for over a month and have been given no support from coinbase. They havent taken funds and all the troubleshooting methods have failed. The attachments included are screenshots of what Im seeing on my end. I can not click on make payment since it just brings me to the error message I have attached. Additionally the email link provided does not do anything for me its bring me to the same error message. On the web browser it does the same thing and tells me it will be automatically resolved in 5 days ( it has not ). I have tried different browsers, cleared cache and data, reinstalled the app, etc. this is coinbases fault and I need to be justly compensated.

I transferred my Funds via my Coinbase account to this Scam Company, i was not being cautious since I had thought that the website was legitimate, since nothing raised a flag that deemed it suspicious. I had initially invested a lot of money and after that they accused me of Money Laundering since I had placed so many orders. The scammers tried to make me pay a penalty of 9 % XXXX USD, but I had realized it was a scam and did not fall for it. I lost XXXX USD.
