Consumer Complaint: I have a Coinbase.com account for my Bitcoin. I had a message saying that I owed {$200.00} for a transaction I had done when I just buy and transfer the Bitcoin so any transaction I do the money comes out right away. Even if its wrong or if Im mistaken I dont care about the {$200.00}, which they took out already, I just need to be able to unlock my account. Its been weeks and I need my money to live on I cant pay my bills. I sent dozens of messages and nothing has been done please help. Also I hope my Bitcoin hasnt been frozen bcuz it has gone up significantly and I dont want to not get the profit on my funds bcuz of them locking me out of my account and be unreachable

Consumer Complaint: I have an account with Coinbase. They blocked me ( and lots and lots of others judging from XXXX reviews ) from accessing our crypto by saying our identity documents needed to be verified. I uploaded my documents 3 times but the message persisted and finally got worse, threatening me with something called 'offboarding '. I first contacted customer service about it on XX/XX/XXXX. After several more complaints they responded today XXXX XXXX saying that the addresses on my documents do not match address given which is a lie. I took comfort in the fact that this is not just happening to me but to other people as well. I am worried that the exchange has been hacked and that they are covering it up. Something is definitely fishy about their behaviour and lack of communication with customers. I would like access to my coins so I can move them off the exchange.

Consumer Complaint: today XX/XX/21. I sent XXXX XXXX ( stellar ) coins from my Coinbase pro account, worth over XXXX dollars at the time of incident, to my regular Coinbase account. The accounts are linked and I send coins/money back and forth all the time and never had an issue. When I sent them today, I did not get a transfer history, confirmation email, zero notification that the coins were sent from one Coinbase account to the other. The coins are gone in both accounts. XXXX is supposed to be very secure. But this happened in house. Was not trying to send coins off Coinbase. Contacted Coinbase 3 times today via email and theres no live person to answer the phone. I was also locked out of my Coinbase pro account all day.this happens at XXXX XXXX. I finally got back in at XXXX. When I got back in the XXXX coins still appear to be in my XXXX wallet, but my account balance is at XXXX, and the amount the coins are worth are posted on orders. The only way they price of the coins should be posted on orders is if I set up a limit order to sell all XXXX on to the open market. I did not do that. I just was trying to transfer them into my regular Coinbase account.I never had a problem like this and I referred friends and family to Coinbase. I understand Im not the only one who had money disappear from their account today. And def did not lose as much as others. But its principal. I was relying on that money today. And this situation left me with my heart in my mouth. Im really hope Coinbase will help me after reading this

Consumer Complaint: Good afternoon, I created my Coinbase account back in XXXX and deposited about {$5000.00} dollars in it and used it to purchase Bitcoin. When I tried to get back into my account early XXXX I was unable to and made to change my pass code. When I logged back into my account the {$5000.00} of bitcoin that would now be evaluated at > {$20000.00} was gone. This leads me to believe Coinbase locked me out of my old account and created me a new one with {$0.00} dollars in it. I have emailed Coinbase multiple times and contacted their customer service people who are completely unresponsive. Unfortunately many people who I have spoken to about this have ran into similar issues and told me the only way to resolve these types of issues it to go through these types of channels as Coinbase will ignore issues like this.

This company has a history of unethical and deceptive tactics as well as zero human customer service interaction. The CEO is a billionaire who I have my own suspicions about. Consumer Complaint: My issue is with Coinbase.com and Bitcoin that I purchased through them. -- -On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased {$150.00} ( appx. 70 % of an entire Bitcoin ) worth of Bitcoin, {$150.00} after the Coinbase fee. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX this transaction was completed. -- -On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased {$40.00} worth of Bitcoin XXXX {$39.00} after the Coinbase fee. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX this transaction was completed. -- -On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased {$10.00} worth of Bitcoin , {$9.00} after the Coinbase fee. And now I went to check when this transaction was completed and the Coinbase website keeps telling me there is an error and I can't get in it. If memory serves me correct I had two more purchases of Bitcoin in 2017, both for small amounts. I believe only {$5.00} or {$10.00}. As of todayXXXX, the Coinbase website says my portfolio is worth only {$130.00}. After talking to some friends who are Bitcoin savvy they say my account should be worth around {$30000.00}.

My money is now being held and coinbase is refusing to release my funds.Tether has emailed me to say they are capable of helping recover my funds but coinbase refuses to cooperate.
