Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of 2021 I opened an account with Coinbase, aka XXXX under an abbreviated portion of my legal middle name & full legal name. On XXXX XXXX2021, my computer was hacked & I subsequently called Coinbase & disabled my account. Now ; I can't access my account, because Coinbase will not verify my ID on my drivers license, which shows my legal name & webcam photo of myself, because the account name is an abbreviation of my legal name. I have filed numerous complaints with, only to have them dismissed. NONE of the support options offered included my situation & Coinbase does not offer live support.

Consumer Complaint: I transferred funds in the amount of {$10000.00} from my XXXX account to my Coinbase account XX/XX/XXXX using my EOS wallet transfer address. It shows completed XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX via XXXX account. MY coinbase XXXX wallet was the receiving end and I've exhausted all measures to try to contact them, and see what has happened with my funds. I have not received any confirmation from Coinbase nor at the least, a pending transaction. It's as if the money just vanished. I have checked over and over to ensure I sent to the correct wallet address and tag/memo ( no error on my end ). I understand coinbase is a very busy company, but to go this long without a response is just inexcusable. These are funds that are meant to pay for my wedding coming up XX/XX/2021, and I've tried to express that through my complaint. All I ask for is a confirmation of my funds pending or received. I'd appreciate anything you could do for me at this point. Again this money was being used for my wedding so it puts me in a desperate situation for the reasoning of this complaint. Respectfully, XXXX Due to the nature of security I will not post my transaction hash number but I will provide the original case number Case # XXXXand new case # XXXX I've filed to Coinbase which has that hash information provided in the complaint.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased {$9000.00} worth of Bitcoin ( BTC ) through the Coinbase.com cryptocurrency exchange. The transaction went through and the cryptocurrency ( BTC ) is now held in an online wallet on the Coinbase.com site. I received an email from them dated XX/XX/XXXX ( attached ) that I could transfer my Bitcoin off of the Coinbase.com site starting on XX/XX/XXXX. It is very important to transfer any crypto asset off of the net and into a " cold wallet '' - a hardware wallet that can not be accessed unless it is plugged into a computer. Coinbase 's CEO brought up this particular point to the SEC when filing for an IPO. On XX/XX/XXXX I tried to " Send '' my asset to my cold wallet and the Coinbase.com site wouldn't let me. I contacted them through their support channel, followed all of their procedures correctly as outlined in their Terms of Service, and was told in an email from them dated XX/XX/XXXX that "... that you're no longer eligible to use the Coinbase platform. This includes purchasing cryptocurrency, depositing into Coinbase, sending cryptocurrency off of Coinbase, and linking new payment methods. '' ( attached ) I have never received an explanation for this action on their part. So, they have effectively stolen my asset. I can't access it in any possible way. I have contacted them numerous times about this stating that I would gladly forego the use of their platforms soon as I can have my property. In their Terms of Service, Section 2.6.2 Control, specifically states - " You control the Digital Currencies held in your Digital Currency Wallet. At any time,... you may withdraw your Digital Currency by sending it to a different blockchain address. '' A cold wallet is a " different blockchain address. '' I have copies of all of the correspondence between myself and Coinbase regarding this issue.

Consumer Complaint: I have an account with Coinbase and decided to wire funds to my account in order to purchase cryptocurrency. They provided me with paying in details to a GBP wallet which I used to wire XXXX GBP to the wallet on XX/XX/2020. It is mow XX/XX/XXXX. So far nothing has been deposited into my account. I have reached out to Coinbase support through the site, which offers no opportunity to speak to anyone. I received an acknowledgement from them and one single follow up email saying they are investigating. But subsequent chaser emails by me have been met with silence. It is now a month since the funds were sent and there is no sign of my missing funds. I have confirmed that the wire was accurately sent using the exact details Coinbase gave and I have also noted from searches online that this sadly seems to be a common problem with Coinbase. I have attached the details for paying in money to my account that Coinbase provided me and the details of the transfer I made that did not arrive
