Consumer Complaint: Coinbase have a very, very clear ( I will attach screenshots ) point where it says " Fee : {$0.00} '', however they still charge an INSANE fee : for me each such transaction ( converting from one cryptocurrency to another ) was approximately 5.5 % of my total balance, meaning that after 7 " fee free '' transactions I ended up losing around 40 % of my entire portfolio. Attached are three images : my balance BEFORE the transaction, the FEE they say they won't charge ( clearly states : Fee {$0.00} ) and my balance RIGHT AFTER the transaction, showing {$6000.00} less. This happened several times. My ticket number with them is # XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I made a wire transfer of {$53000.00} on XX/XX/2021 to Coinbase. My money was deposited successfully, I left it there and trusted Coinbase is a safe platform and left my balance untouched. A week later, I wire transfer {$18000.00} to Coinbase again. When I checked it hours later, my balance was only 0. Nothing left in the account. I contacted their customer service and no one answered the phone. Just yesterday they email me and let me know my account was hacked and locked my account as well. I dont share any information to anyone, Coinbase is the only one who had control over my balance and my money just vanished without any proper reason. I lost my savings of over {$70000.00}. They still hang me on without any follow up emails. I want to report this company and ask them to give back my money.
