Requested amount of alleged debt including an explanation of any interest charges and additional fees ; full name and mailing address of the original creditor ; documentation showing Jefferson Capital verified I am responsible for this debt or copy of the judgment ; names of all persons and entities that have purchased said debt ; and documentation showing they are licensed to collect debts in California. Also notified Jefferson Capital since I responded in writing within 30 days of being notified about said debt, they must cease attempts to collect said debt until AFTER they have provided the requested information.
