Consumer Complaint: Jefferson Capital Systems did not sent me any verification by email or mail letter to show that the debt was my. I have disputed this debt through XXXX show as verify with out any proof of information that was ask by mailing letter and digitally uploaded, and yet did not show me any proof of letter of my signature that I own on this debt I already have been asking for the verification letter over pass 60 calendar days, but yet again and again Jefferson Capital Systems fail to show me any proof of verification of the debt, and keep reporting on my credit report as verified. Jefferson Capital Systems continue to be little consumers this company conducting the business is unacceptable.

Consumer Complaint: I received a notice from Jefferson Capital for collection. I requested a verification letter and they provided a statement from XXXX with my name XXXX XXXX. I have never had XXXX services and received proof that there is only one account open in my name from back in XXXX via XXXX fraud investigation team. I have lived in XXXX since leaving for XXXX in XXXX. I called XXXX Fraud and they told me I need to file a police report before they can investigate any further that someone stole my identity to open an account in my name. I will continue to work with XXXX so they remove the account from collection.

The creditor is listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX and I stopped banking with them years before they went out of business in XXXX. I closed out my account which was in good standing with no monies owed to them. I do not owe this money and do not want it to appear on my consumer credit report.
