Consumer Complaint: XXXX Was the original complaint filed on approximately XX/XX/XXXX. I sent a certified debt validation letter to Jefferson Capital asking for a completed signed application of the alleged debt owed plus dates within the timeframe of 30 days. This alleged debt was from 2018. I never received anythingThey tried to ruin my credit. I filed a complaint on XX/XX/XXXX and thought it was settled on XX/XX/XXXX with their response to stop collecting and remove this alleged debt from all 3 credit reports. This collection remains on my XXXX credit report. I had considered this matter closed only to find they did not keep up their end of the bargain. I want This remedied immediately. I have attached the XXXX report showing it still remains along with the teosinte form Jefferson Capital stating they would remove and stop collection efforts. I should not have to be dealing with this again. I trust when someone says they are going to to something they keep their word.

Upon contacting the company I was routed to multiple people that had no information to share with me about the account. After calling back again I was given a reference number and referred to another company. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and was informed that I owned a XXXX XXXX XXXX. This time I was informed that the vehicle was purchased from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX. After a spirited discussion with the representative I informed him that I purchased a car from another dealer and he could not provide any information from vin number to location of purchase and immediately offered a fraud alert. He refused to answer why they fraudulently used inaccurate information on my credit report and hung up the phone.

Consumer Complaint: Filed FTC complaint # XXXX regarding accounts that are not mine and do not reflect a valid ID. I sent a valid ID as well as a summary of my dispute as well as a copy of my social security card. XXXX did not do a thorough or accurate investigation into my complaint. I tried to resubmit and re-file everything again with the same documents and the FTC report and they refuse to take it. They are unable to validate or show how they verified any of this information as I know this information can not be verified accurately since it is not mine. I have called them several times and they will not tell me how these fraudulent accounts are verified. They are in violation of FCRA Section 611 to my right for a complete and accurate credit report.
