Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting negative information on my credit report and have been doing so for the past 2 years, i have contacted them several times and advised them that the debt does not belong to me and asked for original documentation ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ) to be sent to me which is required under section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) & Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) to this date they have not provided me such documentation, i have contacted all three credit bureaus and they conducted an investigation and removed the item from my report previously, however they have now sold the debt to another collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX whom is now reporting negative information on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: According to the debt collection agency, they state that this account is valid and I have repeatedly explained and even paid a portion of the debt agreed upon the amount back in XXXX, when they initially referred this debt as past due. I was told that during three weeks when I lived in XXXX XXXX, the " affiliated '' store for XXXX XXXX there, took my original cellular phone and sent it in for repairs as I was to have a local number there, and they were to fix the roaming charges and issues with my phone. Upon receiving my original phone back, they failed to mention that they did NOT in fact fix the roaming charges, nor my phone ( they just unplugged the roaming signal on my phone and returned it to me like it was fixed, I still got charged for the roaming charges and an additional " service contract '' that the representative stated was a release for temporary usage of a down-graded cellular phone till my original phone was returned ). So not only was I charged with my original contract monthly charge, plus the " supposedly fixed and deleted '' roaming charges, but also a whole other monthly contract with another company " supposedly affiliated '' with XXXX XXXX. They finally took away the " supposed '' other account, but it later was balled into the XXXX account that they keep trying to collect funds on. In XXXX, I moved to XXXX XXXX XXXX and got put on a family plan with my now husband, and in XXXX, I no longer had a phone or contract with XXXX XXXX due to a divorce from my ex-husband, whom charged and destroyed a cellular phone that was connected to that account, so between overcharged roaming/monthly fees, I also have an early disconnection of that cellular phone even though it was stated as destroyed in XXXX, the XXXX rep told us that the cost of the cellular phone was to be removed then, but has constantly been applied over and over again as a hidden fee for some charge that I know was not to be added to the contract. I've since been disputing this account several times over, and every time it comes back denied and the " disputed date '' is put in place for the " current balance due date '' making it appear as this account is current and not in fact over seven years old. I just want this account removed and my credit restored as this has been an ongoing fiasco that should have been resolved many, MANY years ago, but it is being reported as a delinquent charge-off on my credit history. I have argued and complained about my service and my monthly billing several times with XXXX XXXX, all the while they kept charging and OVER-CHARGING my account to appease their mistakes. After my divorce, I vowed to never again deal with XXXX XXXX or any companies " AFFILIATED '' with them for their uncontrollable addition of illegal and fraudulent charges to disguise the wrongful actions they have done to the customers and failure to fix or resolve the true issues at hand. All they cared about was getting paid for XXXX service, failing to be cooperative with their customers, and hiding wrongful charges as legitimate fees on the statements to COVER-UP the wrong doings they have done.

Consumer Complaint: At the end of XXXX, I sent a request to the credit bureaus to address inaccuracies on my credit file. On XX/XX//2019, I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX deceitfully presenting me with paperwork to resemble a " validation of debt ''. Nowhere in this information did the company provide a contract that they legally obtained the debt and was authorized to collect on it. They also failed to provide me with validation of the debt according to FDCPA. This company has willingly, deceitfully, and illegally attempted to collect a debt without honoring my rights as a consumer to validate the legitimacy and ownership of the debt. Upon research of this particular firm, I found several court documents to substantiate that XXXX often engages in these illegal and unethical business practices. They utilize misrepresentation such as seen on page 2 of their letter. They have created a word document and deceitfully represented that as a " validation of debt '' when in fact IT IS NOT in accordance to the FDPCA laws, which they are aware of based upon the numerous lawsuits that this office has had dismissed for this very practice over the last ten years. Yet, then continue to violate the laws they are to adhere to. They have harmed me irrevocably caused harm in their continued reporting of a debt to my name that they have failed to validate and provide documentation that they legally obtained this debt. This harm has affected my financial well-being and ability to obtain credit in the past as well as the future.

Consumer Complaint: This complain is for XXXX XXXX XXXX. It was supposedly for XXXX XXXX for {$300.00}. It was dated a few years back. Fast forward. Im in the middle of processing a mortage loan now. Had to pay the balance to raise my credit score up and remove the negative remarks they put on my acct. Before i paid them, i called to see if they can send over a bill with the amount i owed. They declined to do so in writing and redirect me to XXXX to see the balance. Decided to overnight the money order with the said balance on XX/XX/2019 with signature needed making sure theyll get the payment on time at XXXX on XX/XX/2019. Called the next day after it was signed by a person named XXXX XXXX at XXXX. Spoke to a representative and was told they havent received the payment. I told them it was signed at XXXX so they should have it on record. They said that the payment isnt posted yet and declined my request for them to expedite the process because i need a letter from them saying they received the payment and the balance is now {$0.00}. Spoke to a supervisor and they were no help either. Mind you that ive called them multiple times in the past week and they arent willing to help with anything. The second time i called it was a lady representative that helped me. I was on the phone for 50/more mins. She would put me on hold multiple times and failed to inform me that theyre updating their system and its slowing everything down. Mind you that i have a newborn baby and have other errands to do therefore i dont have an hour to sit around and be on the phone with them! Now my mortage loan was declined due to this mishap!! And i tried to access my acct from their website and it says my accts not accessible thru the web and have to call them.
