Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I communicated with two different agents at the XXXX XXXX XXXX collection agency about a prior XXXX account. I called to inquire about the date that they are reporting my account was opened. According to my XXXX credit report, they are reporting that this account was opened XX/XX/XXXX. This account was opened in XXXX and did not enter delinquency until XXXX. This is considered " re-aging '' and not only violates federal law, but it goes against the Fair Credit Reporting Act. When I spoke to the female agent she said that I was wrong and it did not go against FCRA. I let them know that I was calling to report the error and if it is not corrected I will be contacting an attorney.

Consumer Complaint: It was 2013 when I required the service from XXXX. I had two phones and from the conversation with the customer service representative I was lead to believe that my service would be under data management meaning if the data get low it automatically stops until the renewal of data and for some odd reason the bill was very excessive amount and they dropped the ball and wanted me to pay for the mistake. Even though there was inconvenience on there end tried to charge me a {$300.00} cancellation fee. I am all around flabbergasted and would like to have this resolved and remove from credit because it's hindering my progress.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has attempted to collect a debt that is NOT mine. I have stated this to the company before in XXXX and XXXX. I received a " limited time offer to reduce debt '' from the company in XX/XX/XXXX. I called the number on the letter and let them know that the " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' in the amount of {$530.00}, was NOT my account and that I have never had a XXXX XXXX. I then received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to collect this same debt that I have never owned, on XX/XX/XXXX. I called this company and let them know that I have never owned this debt or a card from XXXX XXXX. The CSR proceeded to tell me, " Well it's your debt, they used your personal information and social in XXXX to open a card. '' I asked her what address they have of this so-called original debt, and she said " XXXX XXXX XXXX '', which I realized that this is either fake debt or someone else 's debt or that someone used my identity because I didn't live at my current address until XXXX, AND I never owned this account or credit card at all, and I keep all old credit cards, even those credit accounts that I have previously closed just because I am afraid of someone getting my personal identifying information from old accounts, etc.
