Consumer Complaint: I have an old debt on my credit report and they keep changing the date that it was incurred. This debt was reported originally in XXXX and its now saying it was opened two years ago. I have disputed it with XXXX a couple of times over the years and nothing changes. I have had no contact with the creditor and there is no reason for it to be re-started. I have attached past reports, showing it being closed and then they re-opened it again in XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Jefferson capital has 1 accounts currently listed on my consumer report which is a direct violation of the FDCPA. I am refusing to pay this alleged debt and demand that this company cease and desist with any further negative reporting on my consumer report or they will be sued in federal court for trying to collect on a debt that I do not owe them. I have never contracted with this company and demand that they provide proof that I signed a contract with them and agreed to pay them any money for the alleged debt. Any further attempt to collect is a federal crime under 18 USC 894 as this company is attempting to collect on an extension credit. Since they will not be able to prove that I owe them any money, I demand these accounts be immediately removed from my consumer report as this information is harming my credit reputation. The account is as follows : Acct # XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Formal Complaint Regarding Harassment and Violations of the Consumer Financial Protection Act ( 15 USC 44 ) and Federal Statutes ( 12 USC 839 ( a ), 12 USC 1431 ) I am writing to formally complain about the conduct of your agency, JeffCappSYS, in its debt collection efforts. This letter is intended to address a series of violations of the Consumer Financial Protection Act ( CFPA ), specifically 15 USC 44, as well as other federal statutes, including 12 USC 839 ( a ) and 12 USC 1431. It has come to my attention that your agency, JeffCappSYS, has been consistently engaging in debt collection practices that not only infringe upon my rights but also disregard the principles of fairness and legality outlined in federal statutes. This conduct has caused considerable distress and hardship in my life. First and foremost, I have been subject to relentless and unwarranted harassment in violation of the CFPA. The frequency and nature of the communications I have received have far exceeded the legal boundaries set by 15 USC 44. The excessive number of calls, the use of foul language, and a complete disregard for my privacy have caused considerable anguish. Furthermore, I am deeply concerned about the methods employed by JeffCappSYS in its collection efforts. The absence of documentary evidence and contractual transparency, as required under federal statutes, including 12 USC 839 ( a ) and 12 USC 1431, has raised serious doubts about the legitimacy of the debt in question. I request that JeffCappSYS immediately ceases all forms of harassment and misconduct, as required by the CFPA and other federal statutes. I also demand transparency and adherence to the relevant laws in the handling of this debt. Failure to address these concerns and rectify these violations will leave me with no choice but to take appropriate legal action to uphold my rights and seek remedies provided by law. This formal complaint serves as a clear indication of my intent to protect my rights and address the misconduct I have endured. I expect a prompt response to this complaint, confirming your commitment to rectify the situation and outlining the steps you will take to ensure compliance with the law. Your cooperation in this matter is imperative to resolving this issue amicably. Sincerely,
