Consumer Complaint: On XXXX around first week of 2023. I noticed there was a debt collection {$6800.00} on my XXXX XXXX account opened on XXXX XXXX2023 from Jefferson Capital System with original creditor XXXX XXXX. I disputed it with XXXX discussing I never opened a XXXX and has been with XXXX XXXX XXXX for 10 years now. I have never missed payment with XXXX XXXX XXXX and always completed my payments. I will also not spend this much amount in wireless. My dispute was denied and this is still showing on my credit report on debt collection. I have been working hard to pay my XXXX loans and credit card payments and to have a debt that is mine is heart breaking.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, stated they sold my account to Jefferson Capital Systems LLC. , on XX/XX/XXXX. I have rescinded the security interest agreement obtained with deceptive language and forms by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This is NOTICE to Jefferson Capital Systems LLC., to rescind the security interest agreement they acquired without my consent. Both XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. and Jefferson Capital Systems LLC., have committed securities fraud, identity theft, trust fraud, and transferred stolen goods across state lines ; I did not consent to either party in the releasing or selling of my private information. The 20-day process as required pursuant to the CFPB begins the day the Jefferson Capital Systems LLC. , receives notice of this " security interest '' rescission. Both parties are liable to the Consumer for the damages, fraud, and losses caused pursuant to 15 USC 1640 Civil Liability. " My Security Interest is Non-Transferable ''! I am the holder of the majority and priority interest.

Consumer Complaint: Jefferson Capital Systems LLC, Garnished my wages due to Identity fraud account opened in my name, reference to Complaint CFPB # XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, Jefferson Capital responded with release of Garnishment & ref # XXXX no further collections & the account under XXXX XXXX would be closed. Jefferson Capital Systems Garnished my paycheck, taking more than {$2100.00}, without advising me of a refund. I am requesting an immediate refund. Jefferson Capital, Garnished my paycheck put me in a Hardship. I have over {$3500.00} in outstanding fees due to Jefferson Capital Garnishment ignoring the fact that myself & the three Credit Bureaus, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX sent them the Identity Fraud packet. Jefferson Capital mentioned where they removed the Tradeline from all three Credit Bureaus in XX/XX/XXXX, however still Garnished my wages. I am demanding all monies Garnished & the Hardship that caused me to receive additional fees from where I live totaling {$3500.00}. This has cause me mental anguish, XXXX & so much frustration due to Jefferson Capital Systems , LLC, greed. Please return all monies Garnished within 3 business days. I have received an eviction letter from my residence regarding this horrible issue.

Consumer Complaint: When pulling credit report and realized these damages on report. According to the 15 USC 1681 law there should not be any damages on my credit report especially unverified! It is a defamation to my character! I recently disputed this account with the credit reporting bureaus and reporting company, and the information was reported as verified and accurate. I'm sure we understand that most disputes are often conducted using software, such as e-Oscar, and that the software can have limitations when it comes to completing a proper investigation of records. I am requesting AGAIN that all parties conduct an investigation as outlined in the FCRA Section 623 enforceable by FACTA 312 which affords me the right to request that the information furnisher conduct a reasonable investigation of the information being reported to the credit bureaus. Which I have sent a letter out to them and credit bureaus! If unable to perform a reasonable investigation, or they are unable to locate the necessary documents to investigate my dispute ; then by required by the FCRA to remove the negative information from my credit reports, which can also include complete removal of the account. Furthermore, per FCRA Mandates, it is required that this misinformation be forevermore blocked from re-reporting attempts, now or in the future by company and/or any entity. I let them know if they were able to conduct a proper investigation of the records for this account, and have identified the information reporting as being fully accurate and complete then please send me an explanation of the methods used, and a description of the records reviewed, when they conducted their investigation ; including, but not limited to, sending a copy of that information to me so I can conduct my own investigation into the accuracy of records and verify that a reasonable investigation was completed.This complaint is an attempt to correct the false or misleading information being reported on my credit reports and to correct all records.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of 2023, I received three letters from a debit collector Jefferson Capital that stated I used a service called XXXX which I did not. The first collection notice is Account # XXXX {$200.00} dated XX/XX/2023. The second collection notice Account # XXXX dated XX/XX/2023 in the amount of {$120.00}. The third collection notice Account # XXXX dated XX/XX/2023 in the amount of {$170.00}. I called Jefferson Capital on XXXX XXXX and explained that the charges are not mine, they stated that they would raise a dispute for me concerning theses charges. I then waited 30 days and checked my credit report and the three charges were still being reported as delinquent and in collections. I then called Jefferson Capital again in late XXXX and explained that the charges were still showing on my credit report, and again they said they would take care of this. XXXX I checked my credit report again and the charges were still being reported. I then Called XXXX they stated that they could not find any accounts for my name or even with the account numbers I provided from Jefferson Capital. Today I filed a Police report with the XXXX XXXX Police Department.

I am requesting for more information of my full identity, signatures with my name and receipts of this debt to get a better understanding on how I owe this amount.
