Consumer Complaint: This account is involved in litigation for fraudulent practices according to my FCRA rights. I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engelhardt v. Gravens ( Mo ) 281 SW 715, 719, I may presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact exists. Note that the collector has to stop all collection activities until it can provide all the evidence. Under the FDCPA Section 809, Validation of debts [ 15 USC 1692g ] I have the right to verify any alleged debt on my credit report and if the alleged debt is being disputed, the debt collector shall cease.

Consumer Complaint: A previous debt for {$530.00} from XXXX XXXX ( Financial ) that was removed from my credit after 8 years, was put back on my credit by Jefferson Capital System as a new account. The original debt was opened in XXXX and removed from my credit around XXXX. Jefferson Capital System put it back on my credit with different opening dates that listed from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I've disputed it multiple times to have it removed, but each time I am told it is accurate. To my understanding, once a debt is removed ( original debt from XXXX ) can not be bought and reaged onto someone's credit again as if it is a new open account. In the last dispute I made, Jefferson Capital System updated the multiple dates they added with XXXX of XXXX, which is still not accurate because the debt is over 9 years old. I had not heard from XXXX XXXX regarding this debt, as it was over 8 years old and had been removed from my credituntil Jefferson Capital System put it back on my credit.

'' I have called XXXX and the customer service rep was like The account has been sold what do you wants us the account has been sold so you mean to tell me you cant tell me anything about this account in which I owe a bill for and they are the only one that has any record of such cause in 2016 of XXXX the XXXX I was released from XXXX went to stay in XXXX GA, got a phn from XXXX XXXX XXXX, then from there boost mobile and have been with that company for going on 4 years. So how do I get. Somewhere with this, I have rights and I know that somthing can be done, I don't have anything to give to anyone I have not had A service from. I have disputed the debt 8 times, they take it off put it right back, something about the regulation, and pretty much I am responsible but there is no way.

Please block and remove all information from my credit report, and send me an updated copy of my credit report. Please block and remove all information resulting from Identity Theft pursuant to FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. & 1681 c-2 ) which states that these accounts must be removed within 4 Business Days of receipt. Also If I received good and services, then please have a senior executive certify under the penalty of perjury that I in fact received good and services as a result of this transaction in writing under 15 USC 1681B ( a ) ( 2 ). As you This agency is in violation of 15 USC 1692g Because they were to notify me of this in writing 5 days prior, I was not. As the original creditor, only I can validate this debt. Consumer Complaint: Jefferson Capital had called my place of work numerous times. I have looked on my credit report and I have nothing in collections from this company. I also have never received anything in the mail from them. I do not know why they would call my office repeatedly. The office staff tells them I am not in the office. They also are very rude and aggressive with the office staff. I finally called them back and gave them my phone number, not my employers phone number, and they had no record of me in their system. I told them to stop calling my employer. They have never once tried to reach me personally or through mail. I have no idea what this is in regards to, like I said before nothing is showing up on credit reports.

Consumer Complaint: Jefferson Capital Systems LLC. and Attorney XXXX XXXX took action for wage garnishment execution via the CT Superior Court on the wrong individual- different name, social, and DOB . Pure negligence to ensure correct information for debtor resulting in wrongful wage garnishment actions against the individual - including sending a XXXX to the wrongfully accused individual 's employer and disclosing debtors personal information to persons other than the debtor or debtor employer. Due to such negligence, CT superior court signed and approved wage garnishments for individuals other than debtors, causing emotional distress to wrongfully accused individuals, debtors, and wrongfully accused individual and debtors family/family income. When trying to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX via phone call, they stated no one was available to speak to me despite being within business hours displayed on the website ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) called XXXX XXXX XXXX Wrongfully accused received information on debtor via phone call and employer due to XXXX XXXXXXXX disclosing debtor 's personal information. Called XXXX today to offer a partial payment amount in return they remove the wrongfully garnished individual 's employer from the court and they denied due to their 10 % fee they charge. Due to XXXX ' lack of due diligence before filing and executing a legal court document, my personal credit information has now been disclosed to CT XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX without my permission. XXXX is now in extreme emotional distress and embarrassment of her job of over 20 years. Consumer Complaint: In XXXX my XXXX XXXX contact was mutually cancelled due to the company not being able to provide services at my address. I switched to XXXX network and have been with them since. XXXX of this year I noticed a credit decrease from jefferson capital on my account stating this was for XXXX XXXX I called jefferson capital and asked them to verify this charge and they stated on the phone they don't have any records just an amount owed they also stated that I need to contact XXXX XXXX for records. I then contacted us cellular and they stated to me that they don't keep records once there sent to a collection agency. I called jefferson capital back and told them I would like to dispute this charge as I was never notified by XXXX XXXX that there was a remaining balance nor should there have been. This has been 5 years and no notice or letter regarding this matter. I requested from jefferson capital validation of charges and records from this charge and was only sent two letters with an amount on them.
