Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a wire transfer from my XXXX account to XXXX XXXX account with Citibank as the intermediary. Due to a typo there was an issue with the wire and it was returned by Citibank with {$40.00} missing. I reached out to XXXX who refunded all of my outgoing fees, but said this {$40.00} was an unauthorized fee by another bank. I reached out to XXXX, who never saw this wire and, therefore, said they are not a party to this transaction. I reached out to Citibank, who absolved themselves of any responsibility because they claimed to be only an " intermediary, '' and I am not their customer. After further research with XXXX and XXXX, they both confirmed that Citibank had taken this fee. Citibank has essentially stolen this money from me, and I would like it returned with interest. '' I did not want to request for one I wanted to learn about it. I did not submit any application and the request was denied. So now my credit score will drop against my will because I did NOT apply for a credit limit increase.

Tried to cancel the XXXX order, no cancellation only a sale on the same website. Tried to sell, but nothing to sell, tried to find from them where are the tickets and who is tickets provider, no result. A charge of {$830.00} appeared on my Citibank statement. Consumer Complaint: I have had the Citi Bank Costco Visa Card for 9 years. I have never missed a payment. I have built up a large credit line. On XX/XX/XXXX I logged in to my mobile app to find my account had been closed. I called customer service to try and understand why and they stated it was because of a missed payment. However, I never missed a payment with them. They stated that a credit bureau reported I missed a payment elsewhere. I reached out to all three credit agencies to try and understand where I missed a payment and there were no missed payments reported. I reached out to all credit products I have and there were no missed payments. I then called back Citi Bank and submitted a reopen request. They denied it because of a missed payment ( which never occurred ). I then submitted a second reopen request, to which they denied it based off of " substantional number of debts owed to other creditors. At this point I was so frustrated and fatigued I was ready to give up. I made my final payment and called to check on the status of my cash rewards on the card, totaling around {$2800.00} on the year which was to be issued to me following the closing of my XXXX statement. They told me that because my account is closed my rewards would not be issued to me. They stated I had exhausted all internal appeals processes. I feel that, because of my substantial rewards for the year, Citi invented a reason to close my account simply because they did not wish to pay my rewards. I want my account reopened and I want my rewards certificate.

Consumer Complaint: Incorrect and untimely billing statements : I currently receive paper bills from Macys, but I make payments online through my Macys account. I have noticed over the last year that my payment dates have been mixed up but thought maybe it was just me mixing up dates. In XXXX I received my paper statement from Macys with a payment due date of XX/XX/2024. I made a note of the due date and I went in to make a payment on XX/XX/2024 only to find that the due date showing online was XX/XX/2024, which caused confusion. This has happened multiple times over the last year which has caused me stress, late payments and incorrect credit reporting that I have made late payments. Macys needs to issue correct statements that match online and through mail. I typically shred my statements after I make note of the due date since I make payments online. These practices directly harm consumers who are already dealing with inflation. Paying late fees and getting incorrect credit reporting is very harmful. Please investigate this further and demand that Macys do the right thing and correct its billing statements and issue refunds to consumers who have been harmed with late fees and negative credit reporting.

Consumer Complaint: I have a Wayfair account that is through Citibank credit card company. There was a balance on my account that I reported as fraud ( identity theft ) for a purchase that I did not make. I contacted the company ( Wayfair ) and also Citibank. They said they would look into it for me. Wayfair determined I did not make the purchase because I've always paid for whatever I ordered through them in a timely manner and my account balance is XXXX. Citibank shows on my XXXX report as saying the charge was accurate ( which is not true ) and they have refused to delete the charge which is killing my credit score. I have uploaded my Wayfair account to them but I do not trust them anymore. I have been a victim of identity theft in the past and it's not good and it's really hard to recover from that. I've been working so hard to get my credit back up and I try to make all my payments on time and pay things off as quickly as I can. I want my credit report score to be back over XXXX which it was prior to this fraudulent charge showing up on my name. Citibank is not doing a diligent job of accurately finding out what happened. I have not been given any proof that I made a purchase and have not seen a product for the price. I did not purchase any type of Internet service from XXXX.
