Consumer Complaint: Several fraudulent charges were made to my account with mine & my wife cards. They apparently sent us new cards and our mailbox had been broken into. We provided XXXX XXXX with the postmaster 's investigative reports. They resolved the charges from my wifes card but have ignored mine. When I called several times, they said that I had no outstanding balance and everything has been cleared but the charges are still showing up and they have thit my credit score. I've called them regarding this issue at least 6 times. Has been going on for 10 months now. The last call I made, the rep said that I needed to email someone and said she couldn't help me. I sent that email several emails explaining everything and have received no response. It is the Home Depot card through Citi Bank.

Consumer Complaint: I did a balance transfer and spoke with a representative because there was concern with how the balance transfer amounts online did not show what was showing on the statements ; therefore if you did not keep up with it and went off the website verses the statement you will be surprised. Representative confirmed the amounts owed for XXXX - XXXX balance interest XXXX by XX/XX/XXXX ( more than the XXXX showing online ), and XXXX - XXXX balance interest XXXX by XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, paid XXXX ; XX/XX/XXXX I paid {$1700.00}, and on XX/XX/XXXX {$150.00}, and XX/XX/XXXX XXXX. Fast forward, I was reviewing the statements and I see the XXXX had a balance of XXXX, and I had paid over the amount due, so why is there a balance? I contacted Citi because I was unable to do a dispute online, and spoke with Representative ( XXXX ) ; the XXXX one was horrible, requested a supervisor and she place me on a long hold. I used my landline to call back and spoke with another Rep who was trying to say I had to make a payment before paying the balance transfer. I provided the dates of payments and he apologized and said he would have it corrected to show the XXXX XXXX paid in full. I go look today and it shows a balance still and I was charged again interest for something that should be a XXXX balance. I want this corrected as I paid more than what was required to show a XXXX balance, and to date it still shows it is not.. I held my end of the deal you would think they would too.

On the letter from Citi it states this account would be reported on my credit as " Settled ''. As of today they reported this as a payment was made and they did not change the status to " SETTLED ''. This is clearly a breach of contract as I am in receipt of the letter from Citi and my bank statement and confirmation number from the companies rep that I paid on XXXX. I have included a copy of the settlement letter, copy of bank payment proof and copy of todays credit bureau showing this account only as a payment was made. Every single time I have tried to use the card, my card declines due to account verifications. I have submitted a " letter '' with a pin number sent to my home, I have verified using other methods as well such as phone number, but have been denied services to this nearly XXXX $ annual year credit card. Over the past month I have attempted to put nearly XXXX onto this card in purchases, but have been refused. I got this card to hit status with XXXX XXXX, but due to Citi 's system have been unable to due to these problems. Consumer Complaint: On XXXX this company was in receipt of a letter or request to rescind the agreement under the truth in lending act for failing to comply with the consumers request, misrepresentation, fraud, and breach of a legally unenforceable agreement with tracking number XXXX. This company continues to blatantly disregard the issues contained in the letter and breach a fiduciary duty. The agreement lacked consideration therefore making it legally unenforceable under Arkansas AMI 2402 Contract Formation, Arkansas Code 4-88-107 ) Engaging in any other unconscionable, false, or deceptive act or practice in business, commerce, ( this company was informed the credit extended or granted was provided by the consumer social security card or number, which was misrepresented on the agreement. This company is also engaging in unjust enrichment assessing interest fees on money, credit, that was never loaned due to fractional reserve lending preserved by all banks constituting all banks only create money and obligations. Therefore the consumer only pledged the legally unenforceable agreement and this company should be held liable for their actions.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX I purchased a portable dishwasher from Wayfair using the Wayfair Citibank Credit card and when the item arrived it was damaged. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly replaced item with XXXX hassle. I purchased an additional warranty from Wayfair for {$32.00}. Upon replacement of the item the warranty for {$32.00} was canceled and should have gone back to my Citibank Wayfair credit card but never did. I contacted Wayfair on multiple occasions and was told to talk to Citibank because they already sent the funds back to Citi. Citi refused to help and told me the only way to resolve this was to open a dispute and use archaic methods of proving to them that I was " owed '' the refund. Mind you the credit card is part of Wayfair. I don't want to pay to fax or mail them proof I was owed the refund because it doesn't make sense. Wayfair emailed me and advised it was due back to me. The two companies should be able to communicate internally and determine an outcome for me instead of putting me through expensive means of getting money back to me that is mine. I want the credit for the warranty refunded and my balance settled. I have never been late, skipped a payment. They owe me the money back and they need to follow up and take care of it. I've contacted Citi many times through Chat and I only get back AI or Computer Generated messages that tell me how to dispute a transaction. They are stealing from me at this point and need to be held liable.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased what was supposed to be XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from a company XXXX XXXX I received the XXXX and they were not XXXX products, they had no part numbers and were not as described. I reached out to the company to return the item and they agreed to send me a shipping label. I shipped the products back, 2 of the products shipped to an undeliverable vacant warehouse according to USPS tracking, and the other 2 were returned to me stating the other address was undeliverable. I reached out to XXXX and have not gotten a single response or did I receive a refund. So I disputed the charge with my credit card company, CITI, on XX/XX/XXXX. After a month of review they decided that I was held responsible for this charge, so I reopened the dispute and sent them every email, pictures and tracking information stating that both return addresses were undeliverable. I typed a letter stating exactly what happened, it is clear as day that I have truly been scammed by this company and I am now out {$360.00} and I dont even have 2 of the 4 hubs because they are still sitting at a vacant warehouse in XXXX according to usps tracking. On XX/XX/XXXX CITI has stood by their original response and stating I am held responsible for the payment. I am reaching out to you to see if I can receive assistance in this case, I have been a victim of fraud and my credit card company that I have been a loyal costumer to since XXXX is not helping me in my time of need.
