Consumer Complaint: Capital one auto finance has repossession my vehicle yesterday XX/XX/2023 for non payment. Capital one auto finance got a warranty refunds and was directed to apply it towards the full balance and they failed to comply. I also directed that refund to be applied towards the balance and it was not. I am finding out right now what it takes to get my back while Im filing this complaint. Not applying the refund for the full balance gave them the option to take my car and that is not fair at all in my contract it say that if they get a refund for a warranty I agreed for them to apply it towards what I owe. Capital agent told me that it only go towards the principal balance and not the past due but it dont state that in the contract. Please help me this caused me to have so much financial stress as they denied me other things please help.

Consumer Complaint: I made a payment to my XXXX card on XXXX from a debit card tied to my XXXX XXXX XXXX ) for {$140.00}. My card has been restricted because XXXX claims they can not verify my transaction. I have provided screen shots, picture of my debit card, bank statements, settlement information from the XXXX XXXX but apparently that is not sufficient enough. They need me to wait until after my XXXX statement is created ( so XX/XX/XXXX or thereafter ) so they can see the transaction on a statement. I have provided more than enough information that is sufficient to clear this transaction. No one is will to help me, simply saying you have to wait. I have made my payment and I should be able to use my card. This is the second time they have requested verification information for the same account. NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!!!!! You can not pay something from a debit card linked to a checking account that does not have sufficient funds. It is absolutely ludicrous that I have spent over 3 hours on the phone and 3 days trying to get this resolved.

Consumer Complaint: I signed up with Capital one for a Performance Savings account on XX/XX/XXXX using XXXX sign up promotion. The promotion required a deposit within 15 days of account opening and upon maintaining the balance with the bank continuously for 90 days, the bank would honour its sign up bonus of {$400.00} as per the terms for a deposit of {$50000.00}. According to the terms, I have deposited {$50000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. Even though money was deposited on XX/XX/XXXX, the bank is stating that the 90 day window started from XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I have consistently maintained that balance with the bank for more than 90 days. When I contacted the bank on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX inquiring them about the sign up bonus, the associate verified the account details, promotion and confirmed over phone that the sign up bonus would be credited on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. However, today as of XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I still don't have the bonus credited to my account. It seems the entire promotion is outright shady, unethical and misleading to get deposits locked up for a period and not honouring their commitment for sign up bonus from the bank. The bank is giving me a runaround without depositing my sign up bonus when I have provided all the evidence of meeting the criteria. Consumer Complaint: I had an issue with " XXXX XXXX '' XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) and XXXX charging a membership fee early in XXXX. I called and XXXX refunded the membership which I canceled XX/XX/XXXX. I beleived there was no further issue. I usually only make purchases from XXXX on my XXXX and had not been to XXXX since the summer of XXXX. I found out in XXXX there were fraudulent charges on my XXXX ( {$750.00} charged XX/XX/XXXX ' ). I reported to the credit card company XX/XX/XXXX. They said they would get back with me once resolved. XX/XX/XXXX I heard nothing, but my fico score was dropped from the 800s to upper 600s. I called and phone number now went to citibank XXXX. I talked to XXXX, then was transfered to XXXX, she was very nice and the first person guinuinly trying to resolve the issue. She put me on hold several time while she conversed with the " gurus '' ( XXXX, XXXX XXXX and others. Eventually after a couple hrs XXXX make a XXXX way call with XXXX bank because there was essentially no information about the charges, just the amount and fees. Once on the XXXX way call with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) transfered us to the fraud department which I originally reported the case to in XXXX XXXX assured us it would be looked into and resolved which it has not. It has been 4 months since the fraudulent charges were made and just shy of 3 months since I reported the fraud to XXXX XXXX fraud department. My nearly perfect credit has been destroyed l, all my multiple attempts to have this corrected have been ignored. Spending over 15hrs over multiple months on the phone making calls, reports, filing with XXXX they always promis to correct the situation, but I just keep getting a email cluttered every day with threats from XXXX for a purchase they know is fraudulent. I have more than tried waiting as calmly as I can while XXXX ( XXXX XXXX and Citi Bank ) continues destruction of my credit which is 100 % the banks fault. When reading from XXXX web page XXXX XXXX has apparently made a business out of destroying people credit which is probably why they changed their name to XXXX XXXX. A company with unethical practices as this should not simply be able to change their name and continue unethical practices, someone should be held accountable because the damage caused is much more than just a few hundred bucks of fraud.

This is all equivalent to a police report as well. This is my second request to you to remove these fraudulent accounts from all three of the credit bureaus before I take legal action. Send the validation of these accounts as well with your response back to this complaint. I want the account name, account balance, past due amount, and date of last activity verified and provided to me as well.
